I was on vacation last summer (2024) when my dog developed a UTI. This team was kind enough to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I had to drive all the way from Harrison, but it was worth it so my dog would feel better.

I love ❤️ the Banfield Okemos team. Dr L Hedtrick is phenomenal. Dr R BEAN is amazing. My kids get world class care.
I drive the hour just for incredible care provided. Yes, there are vets closer but they are not Dr Hedtrick or Dr. Bean.
