Go anywhere else then this place. Against my better judgement I signed up for a year of care with these clowns. This morning they tell me to pickup my cat between 4 and 4:30pm. At 4:20pm, when I'm already on my way, they tell me she'll be ready at 5:15pm. Meanwhile, If I'm late dropping her off by more than 10 minutes they wont take her. The next 11 months are going to be long. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I am so happy with Banfield, they are very friendly, we saw Dr. Bean yeaterday, she took her time to answer all of my questions, was very kind and friendly, and they always make suggestions that will accommodate my pet’s needs to my budget.

I have taken my pets to Banfield for the past few years and have had a lot of issues with them. I am moving my pets to a new vet because I can no longer deal with it. When you go to "pick up" your pet it usually takes 45 minutes to an hour. I have started calling before I pick them up to see if they need more time and they always tell me no, and they still take forever. Most recently, I called and asked if they needed more time and they said no. My husband waited for an hour and a half before seeing the vet. So to pick up our cat took a total of 2 hours. She had been there since 10am. I originally went with them bc i thought they were more reasonably priced, but after doing a lot of research they are just as expensive if not more than other vets in the area. Once they told me my pet needed a certain flea shampoo, and they checked me out and realized they did not have the shampoo, but told me they had another one that was actually half the price that would work. They had to refund money back to me. I was super confused as to why they did not tell me what all my options were and would just ring me up for the most expensive thing. They have zero respect for your time and money.

I was surprised at the level of diagnostics used by Dr. Bean during the wellness exam. It was very thorough and provided professional results. From a CBC, oral exam, exterior exam, parasite tests, fecal exams and more, my dogs received the highest of care. Dr. Bean called me and discussed the results and when I picked up my dogs I received a five page report of the test results and the Dr.'s recommendations. It was clear Dr. Bean and the staff cared about my dogs and me personally. I'm highly pleased with the care received. Tobie, Bailey and HK

My family waited an hour to just do a "Drop off". Then told in will take 5 hours, for a basic exam to get heartworm meds. Banfield workers and managers get it together, do better.

Don’t waste your time at this specific location. I scheduled a neuter appointment for my kitten and then the night before his procedure they called and said they ran out of materials for the procedure. I’m not sure how/why they didn’t prepare for it in advance but I understood and rescheduled. The day before his procedure again they tried to call and say they had to cancel it, but I was very adamant because I barely have time to take him to the Vet as is with my schedule. When he finally got neutered and I took him home, he was very active and kept taking off his cone so I called the Vet and asked for advice so he didn’t lick his incision and get an infection. They said the Vet would put in a prescription for medication to help him calm down. However, they literally never even put the prescription in so I didn’t even bother calling back because they obviously didn’t care. Instead, I just had to watch him as closely as I could whenever I was home and hoped he would keep it on when I had to leave. When I thought things couldn’t get worse, the Vet never showed up to his post-op appointment and they tried to say they called me to confirm it, but I never even received any phone calls. Lastly, they told me they heard a heart palpitations when he went to get neutered and didn’t give me any follow up calls about that or what I should do!

Never had a problem. Always taken care of my pets. Had to take my dog in after a fight with another dog. Far more serious than I thought. Got her patched up, stitched up and taken care of. Like most vets there will be costs, but as far as I'm concerned pretty reasonable for the amount of work done on my dog, great job!

Waited 45 minutes to get my dog after his appt. This place is consistently discombobulated.Edit: Even the response is discombobulated and has absolutely nothing to do with my review or experience. Dropping to one star.

I struggle to say anything nice about Banfield - the reception staff/vet techs are extremely kind, but that's where the good things stop. Everything is very disorganized (improperly communicated appt times, constant calls to both contacts in our household despite having a designated primary contact, online scheduling function is pushed but often incorrect, etc.) I understand that Banfield is a big company and likely requires that their staff upsell whenever possible, but the constant upsell of unnecessary products and services for our animals was very frustrating and often misleading. We went to Banfield for 2+ years. This week, our new vet immediately diagnosed the source of a health issue that my dog has had for years - Banfield never even bothered to test for this very common problem, upon review of our dog's records. We were also pressured into paying for a monthly wellness plan to offset some of the treatment costs for our animals, but the plan covered only very basic services and we ended up paying out of pocket for extra things basically every time we walked in the door. Very glad we moved on to a new clinic!

After getting to our appointment and having to wait a half hour to be helped, they were not finished with our kittens follow up check up for 8 hours. We got a phone call to come pick her up and once we arrived we waited another hour. After all of this, her medical forms misgendered her and referred to our kitten as a male when she is female. This makes me concerned for the care that my pet received. How would the vet not know my pets gender? The only up side was one of the vet techs (I didn’t catch her name) was kind to take our kittens nail clipping off the price. Will not be returning.

We took our cat in as she has been throwing up.The first issue that we ran into was that we were told to change her diet, which did not help. The second issue was that our pet insurance did not cover the visit and exams ($900 yay). The final straw was that I was cleaning up my cat's puke and found roundworm. How the heck can a vet not catch a parasite with $900 of exams? I'm never taken another animal here again.
