I have been with Bank of America from the beginning when they were in Okemos. Never, ever, have I had a bad experience. They have always been helpful. Explained things when I needed it. Gave updates, or warnings. I actually love banking with them. I certainly do not understand these one-star ratings because my experience is totally the opposite.

Nick helped us deposit a check and helped verify a $50 dollar bill is genuine. Both him and the manager on duty were courteous and professional. They also showed me the pen which was used to detect if a bill was fake, and told me where I could buy one. Thank you!

FLAGSTAR BANK IS OPEN ?♂️ Just take the sign down and the ATM out of this location. Can't just open when you want to then blame it on covid or not having staff. Just shut the doors and disassemble this location. I changed banks due to your store fluctuations of hours of operation. Can't make deposits and or get change for my buisness. What a joke it is to even be in this town.

Locations are closed more than open. They need to hire more staff. They have already closed a couple locations that are near our office so now we have to drive further just to find out the branch is closed. If I could switch out business account to another bank I would.

This place has continued to be a joke and no one is laughing anymore. Weird hours, closed consistently during the week, unable to reach a person on the phone for help, night deposit box closed, if I wanted to bank in Frandor I would have. This branch should be permanently closed.
