My hair stylist Mindy should be fired. First, she was highly offensive about my age, assuming I was young. Secondly,she did not listen to a word I said. I told her I didn't want straight up bangs, and I got bangs. I told her a few times I didn't want heat used in my hair and she did anyway. I told her I'm a middle part and she did a side part because she said she liked it better. She took my glasses off of my face and carelessly put them down on her station. You should never do that to a person. She was intrusive and became instantly defensive when I said I did not like my cut. Also the whole time she was literally pulling and hacking at my hair. I paid because I didn't feel safe enough to protest. Especially when she became defensive with me. She should not be a hairstylist.

My daughter got a comb so embedded in her hair, i thought she would have to lose a large section of her hair. We came here hoping they could help. They were able to make time for us even on a busy schedule and did an amazing job. They got it out in a matter of minutes and only had to cut less than an inch.

we had a wonderful experience at Changes salon today. we worked with Carly. she adjusted her schedule at the last minute to accommodate my 95 year old mother. Carly cut colored and styled Moms hair so well. now i might have to enter Mom in a senior beauty pagaent??♀️ thanks again Carly for your great work?Services: Haircut

My first appointment at this salon, scheduled for 10.30am. I waited until nearly 10.55 to ask when my stylist would be helping me. I was told thay she was still busy with her client but I then saw her, leaning against a wall, chatting to her client whose haircut was clearly done. I left the salon, I will never go back again.

Beautiful salon with great service! I go to Katelyn and she does a fantastic job! They have the shampoo bowls right where you sit to do your hair which I thought was so fancy lol

I'm new to the area and have been researching places to get my hair done. I'm very particular because I've had a few bad experiences. I looked through many salons and their reviews. I ended up taking a chance and called Changes salon. They were able to get me in quickly and scheduled me with Mindy. When I arrived she greeted me and listened to what I wanted and throughout the process, she would ask to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She was friendly and we had nice conversation. She did an amazing job and I couldn't have been more pleased! I had a Great 1st experience! I will definitely be returning!Services: Hairstyling

First time having a bad hair experience. I've been here twice, an tried out two different people, the 1st girl was great, didnt have a problem at all and I regret not sticking with her! My second visit started out fine and ended up with me driving home in tears. She was extremely rough with my hair, so much of my hair got ripped out or fried off! I asked for dark brown mixed with chestnut brown. I left with two different brown colors in my roots and the rest mostly all blonde/yellow, didnt bother to use any toner... My bangs got highlighted to the roots and the rest of my hair wasn't so it doesn't even match. She was in such a rush to get me out the door so she can get to her next client and I felt like she didn't care for my hair at all! I had to blow dry my own hair but didn't finish because I had to get out of there before I broke down! I ended up paying $150 for something that looks not even remotely to what I wanted and to get my hair ripped out! Definitely not a happy customer! I won't be returning!Services: Hair highlighting
