Crazy idea, but hear me out. Don't let people order from your store to pickup an item if you don't have it in stock? Why would you allow me to pay $200 for a pickup when you don't even have the item in stock?

The service was amazing. Lexi was so helpful! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and suggested great options 😄 She was just very friendly and went above & beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Didnt have what I was looking for however the customer service was actually fantastic the guy in the shoe department was hands down one of the most helpful employee I have ever had at a retail store. I didnt catch his name but he was working 4/8 around 330pm if management sees this give the kid a pat on the back I'll be coming back for more stuff for my little ones for sure!

Never have any shoes size in stock and have to wait a week to get them. Might as well just order them straight off the brands website but staff is always there to help but they can’t do much help if they don’t have any shoe sizes

Came in to look at the treadmill.. had 3 models pre-researched online but wanted to try out to decide which one to buy. Staff was helpful and be patient to let everyone in the family testing them one by one, setting things up, etc. this is super helpful for us to decide the final model to order. We got 30 days to decide what additional warranty to purchase.

My son who is autistic always admires the items of sports store and had no preference to be rude to him he loves the store and loves the sports pictures of all the teams I the shop he knows I see at times I know what he wants. So when the first comes he choosen ITEM THAT he BEEN DRAWN TO WAS SNATCHED AND said A lady snatched clothes and told him to get out leave it's one THING if he's causing trouble or stealing but if he's looking and putting back no need to yell at him like he's a criminal came home sad and flushed but STILL THEY lost a customer for sure I WOULDN'T accepted ANY ONE TO BE TREATED.SHOULD OF asked him politely IF he NEEDED ANY HELP. HE is non aggressive and barely verbal so he's not able to say what's he's doing BUT IM DONE..
