I was offered many creative solutions for fixing the bottom of my laptop that had come unhinged. Ultimately a new part had to be ordered, but we were able to find one cheaply. I felt they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

I can't impress how EXCELLENT the service is here. These guys LITTERALLY saved my entire career. My computer got RUN OVER by a car while I was walking out of a big college test. :(From the ashes of my computer they were literally able to save my hard drive, and port over all of the data onto another computer.It was incredible because taking the test again would have run me $800. But, instead, these amazing individuals ported over my hard drive for less than $60. Then, I was able to submit the test!I cannot thank them enough.BestBuy was a JOKE. They didn't even know how to handle my broken computer. However, Digilink came through and saved the day. :)

Very friendly people. After taking my laptop to best buy, they recommended this place and I am glad they did. Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in less than an hour before close and they were very kind and even stayed after their closing time to try to fix my laptop. Unfortunately there was no saving it without replacing the motherboard, but they explained things well and gave me advice and references in case I wanted to further look into saving it. Overall a great experience even though my laptop had to be laid to rest

I took my laptop in for a screen repair after Best Buy told me it would take them 6-8 weeks but "Go try Digilink, they're fast and wonderful guys". I was told it would be 5-7 business days. When they ordered the screen, it took almost two months because of the COVID shipping crisis. When the screen came in, it was the wrong one. They did this same thing TWICE. I patiently waited, trying to be understanding that COVID has really messed up all business processes. Eventually it got to the six month mark and I had no updates, no laptop, and they still had no screen. During this six month time period, not ONCE did I get a phone call with updates from them. I always had to call them first. They were never empathic, compassionate, or truly seemed like they cared that they had my laptop for 6 months either. I'm a student, my life is surronded around Zoom lectures, I really needed it fixed ASAP. I eventually just took my laptop from them, took it to Best Buy, and guess what? Best Buy had it done in a week and a half at 1/3 of the quoted cost. I'm so frustrated with this business. I would avoid going back at all costs.

The employees here are absolutely amazing! After having my dog chew through a power cable, I frantically needed a replacement fast. After walking in I was greeted promptly and helped immediately. I walked out with not only the part I needed on the spot, but also a feeling of relief to include a smile on my face!Giving them 5 star review due to stellar customer service, and in my book is everything! Highly recommended for your computer needs.

The guy in the front, Brian, has no clue on what he does and he refuses to listen to the customer. He worked on my laptop for several minutes for a simple fix and refused to ask for help. And he finally did and the guy was able to fix it in a minute. Plus, the minimum fee is $49 bucks!! Service cost must be communicated before starting to work on something and not after. Its a rip off.

I took a laptop in as it started making a lot of noise. Guy tried selling me a new drive when I was pretty sure it was a fan issue. Eventually got him to run a test of the fan and low and behold it was a problem. I did get the new drive as well since it was probably a needed upgrade. They replaced the fan but the noise got louder. Took it back in to get them to fix the mounting. He literally broke a piece of the case in front of me getting the screw out but said he would fix it. So I left it there. Took while over a month before I was able to get it back including multiple, "should be done in a few days". When I got it back it was as loud if not louder. The laptop is permanently shelved and I am out a few hundred dollars. Find someplace else.
