FYI, this FedEx office shop comes up as an option when searching for a notary, but they don't actually have one on site, the FedEx website offers virtual notary but they don't have an in-person notary here.

Delivered a package to be shipped and nothing but problems. The shipping label was unreadable except for a bar code. No tracking number was on it. The woman made me print my address on one of the copies she kept. I’m now out $200 for a lost returned item now. How can they expect me to track this without a tracking number? I doubt the store will refund my money without proof with a tracking number.

This is a review of fed ex. My package has been on a fed ex truck within 10 miles of my home and this fed ex location for 4 days. You can’t get to a person who is able to tell you why they can’t provide info on the tracking number. The automated call system and virtual assistant can’t comprehend questions.
I won’t purchase products in the future from sellers who use fed ex for shipping.

Brad is careless and works lamely! He asked the value of my boxes, I said $1 per box but he typed in $100 per box to make bill price high!! When you do bussiness with him, please double check YOUR BILL!!!

I never write reviews. Mike or whatever the Manager name is was very unhelpful. I was overseas for months on travel and tried to have a trusted individual pick up the package. I had called the main fedex number (that all local fedex numbers redirect to btw) and they instructed me to do this (have trusted individual show picture of my id) and I followed their instructions. HOWEVER, The manager at this location continues to tell me they run on different rules than the main fedex line and that they dont communicate with one another. Why is the main fedex line telling me instructions that a FEDEX location cannot honor? I was Live on facetime (only thing i could do overseas) on the line with "Mike" and he still refused to give package over to trusted individual who was physically there. Saying that he will hand it back to the delivery driver and then it will be "out of his hands" when someone was standing there looking at the package to pick it up for me.
