Cheap junk from China and noisy, disruptive kids, which parents and staff never do anything about. Apparently, this store is a playground entirely for bratty kids to do whatever they please.

for anyone looking for stuff about your favorite fandoms (hello kitty, poppy playtime, etc) this place is absolutely fantastic. they also have some general pillows and other contents you can use in your everyday life so it's basically an all-rounder store AND the workers are really sweet. loved this place :D

The employees was nice but I have never been to a 5 below that was so bare and wiped out. If you have anxiety definitely wouldn’t recommend, very small building with a bunch of dumb ass people that won’t get out the way. I would’ve spent hundreds if it wasn’t so overwhelming and I have been to many and never had this issue

I got a couple cute things, although the led light mirror I bought was not working, I did everything on instructions but it wouldn't light up, I don't blame the workers, it's not their fault.

HelloThis shop is well known in the area, has some good products and accessories, and its prices are fairly good.I bought some ones.The place has free parking and designated parking for people with disabilities.I recommend visiting it.

Accused of stealing and hiding products in coat. When showed proof that nothing was being stolen manager was very racist and kicked us out. Would have been fine if they accepted their mistake and apologized, but the manager decided to be stubborn and refused to believe that they could be wrong and brought in race. Never had such a bizarre experience. Very disappointing experience!

I have always enjoyed five below. Location in okemos is fabulous. I have been two other ones and the one in Frandor which is also nice. I expected it to be a Dollar tree but more expensive. So my expectations were not very high. I have to say a few more dollars (or maybe even not) and the quality is better (not great). So are most employees. They actually have really nice electronics as far as cell phone covers, cords, etc. and some cute fun kits and things for around the house. I'm always pleasantly surprised when I go in here and always end up spending more money than I intended

Really great five below with excellent employees. Store is always clean and inviting and I can always find help when I need it. A couple months ago I did get followed around the store by another customer in his 20s or 30s. He was not white, maybe of East Asian descent and medium build/height. I tried walking around the store and he followed me everywhere. I thought I was losing it until I checked out and exited the store and he followed me out. I ran to my car and left :( I didn’t report anything because he didn’t do anything illegal, besides make me feel very scared. I was scared to tell anyone for fear people would think I was overreacting. Looking back I wish I would have said something.This is nothing on the wonderful employees, just pls be careful of your surroundings.

Great location, next to Marshall and Great Clips. Large and clean, Based on current pricing, the store should be re-named to "Six Below".
