This has to be the worst business ever, when a customer calls in trying to purchase items from this horrible store, it generates revenue which means it the employees make living, I don't understand how irresponsible children that are answering the phone can screw Home Depot customers, I am a firm believer that customers shouldn't treat employees bad, however I am a customer of Home Depot, and on the other hand, I would recommend that you all that is of a sane mind (RUN LIKE H***) don't do business, majority of the employees are lazy, and are there just for a paycheck, fyi there is a Lowe's and Menards in Lansing, MI much better service.

Poor communication and customer service from both the store and the contractor. After waiting a month for the measurement appointment, the contractor (MKD) said they couldn't work with my drywall and refused to do the job! Store managers said their contractors \\\"don't do drywall.\\\" They were unapologetic about it.

Sam, old guy doesn't cut wood under 12". Even when you want 4 inches cut off a board. His attitude was very disrespectful. Also he should be wearing a mask while talking to me next time.

Compassion says a lot about a company and the fact that they will not allow people to feed and shelter homeless cats is appalling. Would you treat homeless people that way? Not a company I would deal with.

They have been complicit in destroying shelters for helpless animals and harassing volunteers who are trying to feed and help them! Everyone should be working together for the safety and well-being of innocent animals.

I waited for at least 20 minutes for help in the appliance department. The gentleman who was there was working with another customer and called for assistance that never came. Then he said the manager would be there in a few minutes.

The only problem with this Home Depot is they love nothing more than to watch you lowered your own lumber.Try sheets of three-quarter inch material over your head and into a truck.Several times I've had other customers help me load my stuff just ridiculous they literally will watch you.

Appliance service manager, Okemos Store is inept. She would rather cancel orders than try and resolve the problem. 2 delivery dates later, no washer and dryer, and a service manager who refused to do her job and comply with directives from the delivery company. Only thing she repeatedly had said was "would you like me to cancel your order." NO, I asked her repeatedly to do her job and get it delivered! I will contact corporate so customers do not have to experience such lack of service and respect in the future

As far as home improvement stores go...it's a good one. We certainly spend enough money here. Very helpful staff. Competitive prices. Medium grade good grade products. Usually find most of what we need.

I am a frequent customer at Home Depot but their service is getting to be ridiculous. They are severely understaffed with employees who do not know what they are talking about, one cashier in particular could not find the SKUs on some plywood I was trying to buy and could not phone anybody for help. I ended up going and getting The SKUs for her but she are you did with me that I got the wrong SKU. She sent me to another cashier on the other side of the store because she did not want to deal with the problem at hand. I left my wood there and went to MPC CashWay instead. It's a real shame, the customer does not come first at Home Depot.
