I have experienced the worst customer service of my life. I went through Home Depot to have windows installed and it went well in the beginning. John was the sales rep and he turned out to be a great guy. We decided to buy windows because of him and a date was set to have them installed. Because that date was in March, weather played a factor, and the date got switched once. The installer had called me and we worked that out. The install went well. A full crew showed up and things got done in a timely manner. After the install, there were three issues that needed to be fixed. First was a tear in a screen. That got done rather quickly. Second was a window that could not be removed. This took a few months as a new one had to be ordered. It took longer than I thought it would but understandable. Third, one of the windows did not have a screen. It has been almost A FULL YEAR and I STILL do not have that screen. I called the 800 number MULTIPLE TIMES with zero results. I tried calling people directly with zero results. I tried having the guy who replaced the window help me out. He tried but the screen was never available. I was always the one who had to follow up. I started to involve John, letting him know the frustration I was feeling and the lack of customer service I was experiencing. He gave me a few phone numbers and I called one, reaching one of the supervisors. After discussing the situation, he gave me a date the screen would be in. That date came and went and I did not hear from him. Called him after a few days to find out he no longer worked there. Perfect! Made more calls. More discussions with a new date the screen would be in. That date came and went and nothing. Again. I can't believe that getting a screen, getting a problem resolved, from Home Depot could be this hard. This is THE WORST case of customer service I have experienced in my life! The time and effort I have put into this is way beyond what I should have. And it is STILL not resolved.

A pretty nice Home Depot.Staff are friendly and helpful but not very knowledgeable.The store is clean and well stocked.

Only went here because i had to.Usually go to Lows.No one ever know anything about anything at Home Depot and everyones excuse is im new.

The man who helped me in the lumber department was great! He cut up my plywood to the correct dimensions (4 cuts) and he directed me to products on the opposite end of the store.

I had a very unfortunate experience with Home Depot Pro Services. I had a large order of special door locks for my business earlier this year. Tom Defusco was the person at the Pro Desk who took my order but he got it wrong. He along with his supervisors are now claiming that since I paid for the invoice it is considered that I approved it as it stated on the order. I have tried explaining it to them multiple times that I specifically told Tom what I wanted and what SKU number or special order number Tom puts on the quote/ invoice is not something I would have knowledge of. Basically they are expecting the customers to know what SKU or item number they put down on the orders. How do they expect the customer to know the SKU number for special order items. Since it is a special order item they are unable to restock it. That leaves me with about $9500 in hole. Needless to say I am very disappointed in Tom and their ability to accept a mistake and figure out a middle ground.

It's home depot. Needed help finding somthing rather odd and the employee pointed mybin the perfect spot to get. Great customer service most days.

My husband and visited Home Depot this evening. We went in to look at ceiling fans. We were looking and debating on a couple. John, asked us if we needed help. He gave us a lot of information and honest opinion. Recommended one that was actually less expensive, but rated better. Thank you John, you were very helpful!

This Home Depot now have Order Pickup Locker. Easy and convenient to use.

Convenient but watch out for big ticket non returnable items. I go burned on a $600 power washer. Tried to return unused in box but it was 32 days after purchase and they would not take it back.

Love this place. It's convenient. Staff is great, but if you have the app it can tell you the exact location of most anything in the store.
