Kayden at the desk has amazing customer service! I've not met many young men his age that are so helpful and patient with me. Probably the best experience I've ever had at any Lids. Highly recommend.

They ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY so try not to cut it close with these guys… I arrived 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and the store was shut down. This has happened several times.

bought a packers hat from brian. love the quality of the hat and he's a friendly guy. we both love football and talked about that for like an hour. hopefully when football season comes, they'll have a snapback hat of the chargers, jets, and giants!
