I'm never disappointed whenever I shop in Macy's, even when I don't find exactly what I want I still can find something for someone else or my home that I can use. I love the fact that the salespeople aren't hovering over you and you feel like you can really browse.

Serious customer service issues here!! Today I went there to return a bag, the cashier didn’t greet me, she just went ahead and rang the barcode, then pointed to the kiosk and let me to swipe my Macy’s card. She was extremely rude and indifferent, I don’t know how she got the job. 10 minutes later, I returned to the counter and wanted to double check to make sure I didn’t leave any items inside the bag, she pointed to the bin and said I can take the bag by myself, the bin is behind the counter and I didn’t feel comfortable to do so, I requested her to do it, she finally reluctantly get the bag to me, but her attitude was horrible!! I have been shopping at Macy’s for many years and this is my first time encounter this. For reference, the cashier is a black woman looks like in her 20s, I should have gotten her name. Her associate number is 71115670, I will update this review once I know her name. I hope she will be gone soon. I am calling the store tomorrow.

I come to this location often for over 10 years, loyal Macys customer! Today I had the unfortunate experience of Carey ringing me up at the backstage counter. All my items were laying on the counter and she asked me to “push them closer” to her, thought it was a strange request but I pushed them 3 inches closer to her. She then mentioned she couldn’t “reach that far”, I said - no problem. She then proceeded to push the items she rang up already to the other side and was struggling, so I reached out to help push (assuming she still needed help) and we bumped fingers briefly. She stopped what she was doing and gave me the nastiest look and said EXCUSE ME? Then she rudely said something about our hands touching. I cant make this up lol I apologized but was very thrown off by her nasty attitude. Please get this woman some customer service training or a retirement package. Keep her far away from loyal customers. Whew!

Cosmetics counter is understaffed but the staff that is there is very helpful.
Cashier insists that the marked down area is not Macy's, but if it wasn't it would be at a different location ?
