Had a horrible experience. Called on Saturday (12/30) around 10am to check on the status of a refill I urgently needed and was assured it would be filled that same day. A few hours later, I hadn't even recieved the notification that the pharmacy was processing my prescription. I called again around 2pm, only to be told that they couldn't fill my script because they needed "additional information" from my doc. Neither me or my doc were told what this "additional information" was, so she just sent the script in again. I call again today (1/1) and am told my script can be filled now, but that they stopped carrying my medication over a week ago. When I asked why no one told me this the first few times I called I was met with rudeness from the staff, who have been incredibly unhelpful. I never leave bad reviews, but the way this situation was handled forced me into medication withdrawal for 3 days with no answers. There practices are legitimately unsafe for patients. Get your medication ANYWHERE else.p

The incompetence and carelessness of multiple pharmacists at this location caused significant risk to my partner's life when they failed on multiple occasions to put any effort into filling scripts on time. Avoid this location at all costs. There is no guarantee you will receive your medication when promised.This was explicitly due to a failed on the meijer staff's part. This is not due to any kind of medication shortage. The employees here are careless and a genuine risk to the people they are responsible for helping. I've never been so disgusted or disappointed.

Tony at the Meijer Pharmacy was extremely helpful with me when I came directly from the hospital. His patience and knowledge was greatly appreciated!

They're always kind, helpful, and patient over the phone, I've never had a bad experience, and they have often went above and beyond in helping me. I was having trouble getting in touch with my doctor regarding my prescription and they ended up helping me resolve the issue when they didn't necessarily have to. I appreciate the employees here very much!

Good pharmacy, my only gripe was i had to transfer an rx there, they received it and told me 1hr on the phone, i get there and they havent even started and told me another 30 minutes, i come back and there was an issue with my insurance (really there wasnt) , told itll be 30 minutes, come back and the insurance isnt applied so i have to wait again. Took like 3 or 4 hours total

Always behind. Will never book a vaccine here EVER again. When they finally call you 45 min- an HOUR AFTER your set appointment time, they will confuse your vaccine with another one you not getting, say nothing else to you and send you on your way in seconds. Not polite, not professional, says nothing about the vaccine you’re receiving. How can you be 45 mins behind schedule if these vaccines take 20 seconds to administer. Shockingly, some of us have schedules to stick to, and the lateness for no reason is unprofessional.Thanks for a terrible experience!

Same ole employees and same old brush you off service ( Will hang up repeatedly on you, long lines, archaic computer system ex.). A good thing I can say is they never ran out of what I needed and it is in okemos.

Extremely inept and rude! They don't know how to treat their customers. When will businesses learn their lesson about the perils of mistreating their customers? Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Apparently pharmacists know better than doctors now!I asked my husband to pick my medications up for me on 3/16.The pharmacist then proceeded to give my husband only one of my medications because they said I didn’t need three allergy medications and one is over the counter! Cool what’s insurance for! Instead of picking it up from you for $0-$3 I’ll go pay full price. D**** What was the point of mentioning it’s over the counter? It doesn’t matter, I have a prescription for it.News check! You are not my doctors! I am on three allergy medications for a reason- I have to take them to prove to insurance that I NEED allergy shots so my insurance will cover them. Now I have to go get my other prescription.I understand they are obligated to warn about any drug interactions. I have SEVERE allergies, but those three medications aren’t doing anything but it’s the process to get the actual medication I need.My doctor prescribed the medications to be taken at different times, and because my husband didn’t know any better Im a med short because again, apparently Meijer Pharmacists know better than doctors these days and they constantly have issues filling my prescription.Maybe it’s time I switch pharmacies.

said they were filling my prescription and it’d be ready in an hour. i show up 2 hours later and they tell me they don’t have my medication in stock. now i’m sick because i was misinformed and can’t take my medicine.

Pharmacy was rude. Put me on Hold for 10 min. Called back said no I will not hold I was just on hold and they put me on hold again.

NEVER GO HERE. GO TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY IN LANSING. Not for the first time I literally have waited for an hour for a small pickup that at cvs would take 5 minutes. This is the slowest worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

Awful Pharmacy. Their computer system is ancient which causes long lines, as well as un-received prescriptions from Doctor's offices. This seems to be a consistent complaint from many people. It's just super frustrating when you need important medications and they are completely unable to help. It will be required that your Doctor has to call in all of your prescriptions, because any they receive electronically are lost or voided. You'd think that it would be convenient, but there is no way it could be more of a nightmare.

I have always had a very good experience. Pleasant staff. The scripts are filled in a timely fashion.They have a thankless job and what they endure from patients/customers is unreasonable.
