The renovations are incredible! I love that you just come in, sign in, and then you sit down with someone. It's a much more personal experience now than it used to be standing at a counter. They also are very efficient for whatever you are there for. Incredible experience!

MSUFCU has been fully remodeled Spring of 2023 with no counter and no physical line. Very clean and feel spacious.One Can make an online appointment or sign in as walk in. Waiting area has several sofa. Usually the wait time is not long.Each banker has a office and desk. The office is quite open with glasses in between.There are always ATM and drive through lines. Parking is easy.

MSUFCU needs to "expand" into the Owosso, Corunna, Perry, Laingsburg area. Not practical to have to drive to Marsh Rd.

Smaller bldg location. Still have greeter and tellers. Was able to walk in to teller and back out in less than 5 mins. Hopefully this location will not become newly electronically rennovated. We all experience long "phone trees" and other electronic voices and glitches. Usually simpler, people based service, is faster and more efficient. Many businesses seem eager to embrace any and all automated electronic rennovations. Electronic business practices are not necessarily "better" customer service.
