Visit here to talk with Financial Services (cuz I'm so filthy rich... Not!). First time in this branch. It's one of the new models of CU. No bank of tellers. No mysterious staff working out of side offices doing Lord knows what. Instead you walk in, register on a tabletn staying why you are there (walk-in, appt, etc) then someone pops out a glass enclosed cubicle and gently guides you to their desk where you do you business. I like both bank models (old fashioned and this space age model). Today's visit went well and swell until I got busted trying to take a picture of the interior. I guess that's what bank robbers do. It's deleted. Got some exterior shots though.

Please expect every other week for there to be a technical issues that stops you from using your card or making electronic purchases. I began a tally in February, and we are on the 27th disruption since. I would be embarrassed to have consistently caused so much disruption to those you service. There’s also never an email or text sent to warn you of such technical issues, they wait for you to call or enter the app to share that they are, once again, dealing with technical issues.

Over 6 weeks and broken promises to get a copy of a debit card. It sat on a desk for 2 weeks never processed, then told it would be 7 to 10 days nothing 2 weeks later the same run around, 2 weeks later the same run around and still have not received the card. This is the second time we have had total incompetence at this branch. They stopped mailing my elderly mother her monthly statements, she does not have internet. It took over 8 months and numerous visits and promises, finally we spent 45 minutes with a manager to finally get it fixed. This is horrible service.

I came in today to make some adjustments to my accounts and I was helped by the nicest woman. I was in a bit of a vulnerable state and she was so considerate and non judgmental of me. I wish I had gotten her name because I really wanted to give her a shoutout!

Attempted to withdraw from my account at their video tellers that they have installed in all branches now. They could not give me what I needed. The highest bill the machine keeps is a 50, and I needed 100s. I went to go inside, and no tellers inside.Gave this branch another try... this time, there was staff to assist me when I came in. It was very fast and I was able to get done what I needed. I would have given a 5 star, but I feel my first experience should still be considered due to lack of direction.

you must have a good credit report to open a checking and savings account. how does that represent the intent on which credit unions were formed? Answer: it doesnt.
