Sam went above and beyond to help get this deal done for us! Coordinating with limited time schedules on our end, connecting financing needs and helping us decide what was the best in the long run, while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism and genuine kindness and caring throughout the process. Sam makes even more complicated processes seamless and pleasant. Offers on trades and purchase price were fair, negating a need to “haggle” which I loathe. Truly, there isn’t another salesperson I would recommend to anyone I know, or even in passing to someone looking for a vehicle. Serra is incredibly lucky to have Sam connecting with their customers and building lasting rapport.
Ryan who finalized financing was a happy, engaging and delightful human, which seems rare in the finance end of car sales! He was clear and helpful for all of our follow up questions on details.
I am incredibly pleased with all my interactions with Serra! Having had my BMW serviced here before this purchase I can say even their parts and service department has been great. I’m happy to now have both BMW’s and more centrally use them for all of my BMW needs.
Update 2025 - I hit a deer and totaled my vehicle that I loved! I knew the only place I really trust is Serra, so I ran back to Sam and he connected me with Jacob Sampson, and they nailed it again!!! Jacob was not only the most pleasant person to work with, he was really helpful and intuitive while helping me find just the right vehicle. I have been a BMW gal for a while now, and when the larger BMW lacked the feel I was looking for, Jacob had a list ready of vehicles he thought would meet my needs. His selections weren’t just any vehicle they had, he listened to what I wanted and needed and Nailed it! He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and great at this job!

I recently purchased a low mileage used 2022 BMW 740i with the help of Marshall Kambasha, and my experience was excellent! Marshall was a great listener, completely transparent about the vehicle’s pricing, and never applied any pressure throughout the process. He earned my trust, and I feel I’ve found a new go-to client advisor.
My overall experience with Serra Auto Campus in Okemos was nearly perfect! However, I did have one minor hiccup with a chip in the windshield —likely more on the dealership than on Marshall—but it did not take away from the quality of service, and professionalism I received from Marshall.
I would confidently recommend Marshall if you’re in the market for your next luxury vehicle. They have an excellent selection of vehicles on the campus, and the staff to match their product.

My experience with Serra Auto Campus was extremely disappointing. I was told a specific car was available, went through the steps to purchase it, and was under the impression everything was finalized. Only afterward did I find out they had already sold the same car to someone else.
This is a major failure in communication and professionalism. I wasted my time and energy and trust on a deal that never should have been presented to me in the first place. If this is how Serra Auto Campus conducts business, I would strongly urge others to be cautious and double-check everything before moving forward.

Michael was so helpful. It was my first time in this dealership. He listened to the issues I was having with my car (I’d only had it 3 hours: purchased from another dealer) explained the process, got us set up to wait for a diagnosis in the waiting room. So far Michael and Porsche Okemos have been the best part of my Porsche experience.

I didn't end up purchasing here but still had a great experience with Adam. He discussed the car I was interested in openly and honestly, and even offered to help drive the car to a mechanic down the road for a pre-purchase inspection since I live out of town. He went out of his way to search up possible car matches for me.

1-Star Review: Serra Auto Campus
I was seriously considering buying a 2019 C63S from Serra Auto Campus. I even had the vehicle taken to a local European performance shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The results showed several issues — including a leaking driver strut (a major safety concern) and a bad battery.
After informing the dealership, I expected them to take responsibility for these serious issues or at least work with me to resolve them before the sale. Instead, they completely refused to replace either the strut or the battery — even though both are crucial for safety and reliability.
The sales representative, Kierra, was unprofessional and at times rude, despite me being a serious buyer. The manager also showed zero willingness to negotiate or address legitimate concerns.
Overall, this experience left me with no confidence in how this dealership operates. They don’t stand behind their vehicles, aren’t willing to fix major safety problems, and treat potential buyers poorly. I would highly recommend avoiding Serra Auto Campus — especially if you’re looking at the C63S they have listed.
