Crazy lady selling fish! This lady I asked to sell fish to me and she refused to let me purchase them. Also the amount of questions she asked about our tank and fish already in it was insanely obnoxious. I shouldn’t have to tell my life story and my journey to get there to just to buy some tiger barbs. Also if I do she shouldn’t have the audacity to tell me no.

We have taken our dog to get groomed at PetSmart on two occasions. Both times, our dog was not provided with the services included in the grooming as listed on the booking other than the wash and dry (paw pad trims, nail cutting, ear cleaning). When we upgraded to the next package up which included a bandana and tooth cleaning, we were not provided with the bandana that it included until we asked for it and we aren’t sure whether her teeth were cleaned.

We have had many great experiences at this Petsmart over the years. So it's extra frustrating to have to leave negative feedback.
Unfortunately when we went in today, didn't recognize any of the staff (we're regulars so usually someone working there is familiar). My son was excited to see the new shipment of hamsters. Having taken time to come in, talk to other more experienced staff, get the delivery schedule, and check that they got some hamsters in. I left work early and rushed him over all to have a terrible experience with the staff.
I am sure the whole thing boils down to completely inexperienced young staff without proper management. Much as I hate to ask for a manager and get labeled a Karen I did, because my kid was so crest fallen and this was supposed to be something to look forward to.
Maddie(or Mattie), the 20-ish year old that identified herself as the manager and when I looked at her like no you're not corrected her self saying "manager right now" was completely unhelpful. Wasted time, frustrating experience. I hate to look for another store since we have had many great experiences there. Filed complaints and will see if they address.

This store steals. I payed with cash, the lady at the register took my money, gave me my receipt and said "You're all set." She started counting money from the register but bigger bills than I needed. When I asked for my change she pretended she couldn't hear me and never gave me my money.

Good, professional staff, always friendly. Wide variety of foods, treats, accessories, etc. Prices could be a little better.
