Moved here from out of state and hadn't found a new vet for my cat and then suddenly he got very sick. I called riverside and they got me in within the hour and unfortunately, there wasn't anything we could do, but the staff here (front desk, the tech and the dr) were sooo kind and comforting and explained everything to me where I can understand it. Dr also was petting him through the process. They put me at ease and even though I had to walk out of there without my cat, I was glad that this is the place I brought him too. I will always recommend them!

I am very pleased with the care my cat received at Riverside Cat Hospital. The staff and the Doctor were all very pleasant and informative. I like having a vet that specializes in cats. I also love the Petly page they have for your pet. I would recommend to my friends.

Professional but unnecessarily expensive. It cost about $900 for two healthy cats to have a routine inspection and vaccine updates. I can only imagine the prices if your cats are sick. Respectfully, I recommend looking elsewhere.

We took our very sick cat to Riverside. Dr. Rivera was so kind and gentle with her. She made us comfortable in a very stressful and sad time. I'm so thankful to have experienced this clinic and will be using them in the future. Thank you Dr. Rivera.

If I could give them more stars, I would!!! This group goes above and beyond all of our expectations!!My cat, Putter, developed a urinary obstruction suddenly and was rushed to MSU emergency for a de-obstruction that afternoon. They kept him through the weekend and noted that he would need bladder stone removal but to call around as local vets typically perform that procedure as well. I called Riverside to see if they were able to perform the procedure and for a cost estimate as our normal vet was booked through mid-July. Not only were they incredibly kind in answering all of my questions, they were a fraction of MSU’s costs and Dr.Lewis made time for Putter first thing Monday AM. She made sure to get any and all information/results from MSU to not duplicate tests on our little guy and was very transparent the entire time. They sent us a text when his surgery started and called with a post-op follow up. I expected communications to stop there until we picked him up that afternoon but Dr.Lewis made sure to personally call us to go over more information a bit later and provide us with the hospital number to text with any questions after hours. When a concern arose that night, I received a response within two minutes!! They called the following morning to check in on Putt as well and answered all of our questions with patience and kindness.My husband and I agreed, this is where our cats will be going from now on! !!

Very friendly staff. They made everything easy and they knew how to make my cats feel at ease. After my visit when one of my cats started having spring time allergies they were able to help me figure out a great medication for her. Plus they have a very cute office cat :)

Dr. Lewis is an amazing doctor. She has helped my girl Ellie with her digestive problems and that has been no easy task. I cannot recommend bringing your cats here enough!
