Mani and Pedi were good. I needed to remove the dead skin and cuticles, but nail shaping is always problem. I went from over grown nicely shaped nails and left with misshapen nails. I like square cut and I left with some square shape finger nails and half rounded shape nails. If you keep real natural nails, DO NOT trust anyone here with your nails.

A friend of mine and myself called them and they squeezed us in which was nice. The place is very nice the staff was super friendly. It did look like a lot of people were having fun. They have a lot of colors. I did have a small issue while there, I am not going to complain that much because I didn't present the problem. Yes, I would come back though.

This salon offers tremendous quality and consistence. It is busy and it’s best to make an appointment, but they do accommodate walk ins the best they can. Manis and pedis always get a bit extra with massage and hot rocks. Great massage chairs. Friendly staff. Clean environment.

Sandy and T did an amazing job on my wedding nails and my bridesmaids! They are very honest with what will look good and what won’t, very patient for those who are extremely indecisive (us), and very personable!

Disappointing to say the least.
This was my daughter’s fav place for us to get pedicures until today and we will not return. We had 4:30 appointments for the one hour “royal pedicure”. We arrived about 4:20 and were both seated in the chairs. I got a lukewarm foot bath while my daughter got her pedicure started. Twenty-fivish minutes later I was still sitting there with cold water and her process continued. Not one person communicated to us about when someone would start my pedicure but just went about their business. When someone was finally freed up to start on me, I knew my daughter was half done so I tried to ask the differences between the different pedicures to understand which we could change mine to in order to align with her finishing so she didn’t have to sit there for half hour. What a challenge that was. The nail tech ended up reducing mine to the “deluxe” but added on cost for the already opened “royal” product. My daughter had decided to have art on one toe and was excited, only to have it end up nothing like she asked for (had shown her a picture). My polish had some “crackling” in some areas like the layers weren’t dry before adding more. We weren’t offered a discount or any type of apology for the situation.
Never again.

Tried Royal Nails this week and will for sure be back. Got a fill and my nails have never been so smooth. Showed my tech the inspo for what I wanted and she helped me select the right colors (giving advice when what I picked wouldn’t show as well). Also went from almond to this shape and she did an excellent job shaping them. Highly recommend.

Overall a good place to get your nails done! Wish they had more options for color for dip! Could be a little cleaner too! Felt dirty!
