i came in with my cat Sammy who has a Cancerous Nasal Tumor and was dehydrated. This office refused to see him with no explanation. I had to seek treatment at another Vet Clinic.

I cannot say enough good about the entire staff at Schultz Veterinary Clinic. From the amazing front desk ladies to the knowledgeable Veterinarians to the awesome Vet techs and assistants, you will not find a better vet office. Prices are more than fair for the amazing care and support you receive. Dr. Donahue is so knowledgeable and kind with all of my dogs (I have 11!) and she’s always continuing her education so I know I am always receiving the most up to date information. She has taught me so much about being the best dog mom and breeder possible. She is kind, she is always willing to answer all of my questions and genuinely cares about every patient she has. If you want your pets to receive the best care and you want to be treated like family, there is no better place! So thankful to be connected to such an amazing Vet Clinic. I truly cannot say enough good about them. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Usually go to Abbot Rd Vets but they don't have Saturday hours. They are affiliated so made it easy for my dogs annual visit.

Update: I've been able to get my dog into another clinic where we were seen and given an estimate for surgery within 10-15 minutes of the appointment beginning and we were also booked for surgery the following week before leaving the facility. The imbeciles at this facility weren't even going to do a chest X-ray to see if the possible cancerous cells had metastasized. TAKE YOUR PETS ELSEWHERE. Update: 3:46pm I finally receive patient discharge email containing medical records I requested over 24 hours ago. Also received this email instead of them scheduling the surgery like they so called still wanted to do yesterday. Absolute trash. Update: yesterday after leaving this review I was finally contacted by the director of this facility who "broke down the break down in communication" and completely ignored the fact that her facility sends emails from no response emails and that I never heard back from them. She also started the message off referring to my review so this is the only reason I was contacted. She only tried to justify that they don't have people checking the email over the weekend which they obviously fuckin should when they don't even check it during working hours. Today is Tuesday almost noon and they've been open for four hours and are about TO CLOSE FOR LUNCH and I still don't have anything from them regarding scheduling this appointment. I received an email response yesterday stating their director had reached out to me and that I could get back to them if I wanted to schedule. THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I COULD ASK FOR MEDICAL RECORDS IF I WANTED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AFTER I VERY CLEARLY REQUESTED THEM IN THE EMAIL THEY WERE RESPONDING TO. This facility is fuckin pathetic. They even told me they were surprised I was so upset about not getting this surgery scheduled to get a SUSPICIOUS FUCKIN LUMP REMOVED. This facilities communication and response time is pathetic. I had my dogs examined last week where a lump was aspirated on one dog and we decided it needed to be removed as it's suspicious. They, for some reason, couldn't have the estimate ready upon checkout so I couldn't get the appointment booked. They then said I would get the estimate next week but I received it that afternoon while at work. I responded to the email saying I wanted the surgery booked as soon as possible. Got home to no response and it was late at night when I realized they sent the estimate from a no response email. The next morning I emailed letting them know that it was unsatisfactory to send it that way and that they were wasting my time to get his appointment scheduled. After work today I STILL have no response from them and have requested my medical records so I can take my business elsewhere. It's been several hours since I sent that email and STILL DONT HAVE A SINGLE RESPONSE.

My dog had a bad ear infection from swimming in the lake over the 4th of July. I called for an appointment and Schultz was able to get me in the next day. The appointment was on time. The care provided for my dog was great and professional. I didn’t feel like my appointment was being rushed and the Dr. took the time to explain how to give proper care to my dog for home.I felt the prices for my visit was reasonable priced.

The team at Schultz Veterinary Clinic is great. When I have a question, someone responds quickly. I am always able to get my puppy Maya in without delay,and everyone takes great care of her. The veterinarians also are wonderful about explaining things to me so that can do my best to care for Maya. I also like the fact that we have seen several of the vets on occasion. That way we are not dependent on one of them in case we should have an emergency.

I have been seeing Dr. Schultz for many years. I feel he is the No. 1 vet in MI. I cried when I heard he was retiring. I am now seeing Dr. Mallory for my 11 yr. old Aussie that has liver damage and a fractured pelvis. She is so gentle, informative and spends as much time as needed to do everything she can for Macy. I will continue to see her for Macy and my 11 yr. old Bichon, Joey. I can't forget the exceptional office staff. They are excellent too especially Karie, Dr. Schultz's daughter. A huge thank you to all the staff for taking great care of my babies.

Helped me get an appointment for my litter of puppies when my local vet would not. I drive 2 hours each way to take my dogs there. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The staff was very courteous and professional in every manner. Very thankful they were able to accommodate me at a short notice to drive down from Toronto to do a planned breeding with my female with frozen semen. Will definitely recommend them to anyone requiring reproductive services
