This location sucks. I went there at 2:30 PM on a Monday. The doors were locked and someone came to the door and said the lobby was closed, yet there was at least 8 people eating in the lobby. No reason was given with no time given for reopening. The employee just said, through a closed door, that the lobby was closed and walked away. The drive through was still serving customers so the business was open. I've been eating at this location for years, but never again.

On many occasions they have gotten my order wrong. I understand once or twice but when I called to complain I was argued against that I was wrong by a female manager. On top of my food request being ignored, my spouses order was also wrong and he has an allergy to sour cream.Some of the staff are very nice, but the manager needs to get official training for herself and employees if they are “burning their hands” warming up tortillas even though they’re obviously cold and only warm where the meat is. Very unfortunate. Hoping for a district manager to train them properly on better customer service.

Usually go there once a week because it is close to work. Hardly ever have to wait long at the drive thru.

Not the best TB experience. Walked in, restaurant was very cold, kiosk screen looked like it has never been wiped down, women’s bathroom was freezing! There were 3 people waiting and we hadn’t seen an employee in 5 minutes of being in there so I looked in the kitchen area and looked like 1 person making food, 2 looking at their phones, music blaring, no one back there even looked like they had uniforms on so we weren’t sure if anyone was really working, kid working drive thru was “sagging”! Very slow service and we had to tell the server that we had ordered drinks in order to get our cups. Food was warm to hot but tortillas were dry and had hard spots. Place is in serious need of some decent management!

The smokers that work their are very disrespectful when it comes to them bringing their smoke from the outside into the building with them.Another problem is that they have it to cold inside of the restaurant.I asked them to turn the heat on or to turn the air off.It's started to get comfortable after a while until the air came back on.

I recently had a disappointing visit to this location. I ordered online and chose the “Drive Thru” option as my method of pick up. When I arrived in the drive thru, I told the staff member that I had a mobile order to pick up. He informed me that I must go into the lobby because it was open. I verified that even though I chose the drive thru option, I must go in and he confirmed. While there was more disappointing service (very slow, staff neglected to check me in and therefore begin making my order even though I gave my name to three different staff members), what concerns me the most is the accessibility of this policy. I was able to go into the lobby. But, how many of our fellow humans cannot? Many people choose the drive thru method for pick up because they cannot enter the lobby and they should not have to disclose their diagnosis just to be able to pick up their food order they way they ordered it to begin with. Please reconsider this policy and reconsider asking people to change their method of pick up. It means more than you may know.

Typical Taco Bell fare. The cashiers personality shined. He was truly pleasant and seemed to be truly enjoying his day even while working. He was probably the most pleasant cashier at any fast food place I've been to in a while.

This taco bell is a horrible location! Very expensive, slow and poorly staffed. Everything was so dirty as well could barely find a table to sit at in the dining area that didn't have a layer of crud an grees on it. Also when we pulled out to leave, the guy who gave us our food was sitting in the dumpster area smoking a ciggi in uniform. ? Very unprofessional an disturbing.Kid-friendliness: Very dirty on the inside, wouldn't recommend taking kids to such an unsanitary place.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Friday night 8:30ish drive thru guy is more interested in conversation with co workers than customers! No eye contact, no thank you, practically threw my bag of food in the car!
