I was returning a product and when the employee was about to give me my refund. I held my hand out to receive it in my hand, the employee looked directly at my hand and put my money on the counter. Mind you before I was helped I witnessed him interact and place the other customers money in their hand(same color as him) Discrimination at its finest!!!! It’s 2025 and racism still exists.

The management has something to be desired. I drive all the way there to get my favorite sport
Socks because online it said they carried them. Got there... zero... Nothing. Manager Said they were out. Yet they had an abundance of 100 other options. They don't pay attention to what sells. I would imagine it's the same storewide... Think about the money you lose because you stock what doesn't sell and forget about what does.

Buying a phone for consumers cellular. Gal in electronics told me she could not help set up my phone. Charged me for the phone and walked away. Worst customer service around. Go find another Target to deal with. This one have staff that could care less about anything but collecting a pay check.

It was so ungodly hot in that store I don't know how the workers can put up with it, it was hot outside but at least there was a breeze out there, and where and on what items did you guys supposedly lower all these prices to help us out You guys got your prices jacked so high you'd think everything was plated in 24K gold greedy corporate nonsense The only thing you guys got lowered is your own utility bill

We will not be ordering from Target again. You’d expect the store to keep up with their products and shelf life. We placed an online order about a week ago and purchased targets brand of honey mustard, only to receive a bottle that expired in September of 2023. We also ordered store pickup, so an employee picked this out for us and did not check the dates. We tried a bit of it before checking the date, assuming we’d have a fresh product, and got sick the same evening. Please check dates before consuming anything from this store.

Jake is great! Because of his screwup in the way, he handled an item being on the floor that wasn’t supposed to be on the floor and not released yet, I just got a great settlement check ( I can’t disclose the amount because there’s a nondisclosure on the settlement agreement, but let’s just say it’s substantial) from target to settle the resulting lawsuit. I love it when idiots screw up and put their company in legal liability and then try and play God because they have a management position and further set the hook. Employees are quick to profile you. We bought a $60 backpack that had paper stuffing in it to maintain it's shape. The store cashier claimed it's store policy to remove the the stuffing? Obviously she was checking for theft and found nothing. Would of been a little better if she was more up front with her reasons for checking. Tempted to return just for profiling. Not everyone is a thief.
