Do not take your car here they work with insurance companies to either deny your claim or they say the damages were done before. I had picture evidence but the bald head white guy that was very rude said we can’t do anything about it

Outstanding customer service. I spoke to multiple employees throughout the process and they were all very friendly and helpful. Did great work and completed it very quickly. Shook my hand and thanked me for my business upon pick up.

I was satisfied with the time frame because I was able to get a rental. The only issue we had was some miscommunication of pick up. However my car looked amazing! I would definitely highly recommend this place!

Horrible customer service! Came inside looking to get a quote on an a damage for my car, the guy inspecting has a horrible attitude that doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He sees my car is damaged but refuses to write that it is and says he can’t fix something that is not broken. Don’t come here guys last time I came and fixed my car here they did a horrible job on the paint, there was still scratches on the car and when confronted about this they always blow you off and say it’s all they can do after they take all your money. Learn from my mistake and don’t come here.

In the beginning of December a deer ran into my truck
Middle of December I get rear-ended at a light by a LLC moving truck I was sitting at
Police think it was insurance scam
Right before Christmas I got rear ened by someone under the influence
It was beyond an extremely tough month
So much so I don't have much damage pics I was so beyond stressed out
Taking my truck here was the only good thing from those situations
The service is on a whole other level
To a point where it should be a set standard for All companies
They could train em honestly
Refreshing to be treated so kindly
Hertz couldn't help me, they only help the airport ppl
Enterprise was also great and the combination of the 2 was such a relief I can't explain
Everyone was friendly, informative and nice
I was very much kept in the loop and updated on all things
A lot of attention to detail
Even tho each incident happened at different times
They took care of everything in one drop off
Bonus my truck was fixed, painted, and they cleaned the inside
It was great
My truck looks awesome
Like it never happened at all
I honestly wish I could take my truck here for everything even as simple as oil changes
You don't see service like this these days and some of us would be loyal to companies that not only had good rates but fantastic service
I highly recommend this location

They did a great job with my truck after hitting a deer a few weeks ago! Perfect work and I had it back fast! Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for collision work!

I took my car here after a hit and run last year. They came recommended by many and this place NEVER fixed my car correctly. My passenger mirror is still hanging down I still have dents in my door and front fender. They never replaced my hub cap that’s broken and my mirror case is still messed up. My paint doesn’t even match correctly! Also the door isn’t even aligned properly. If I could leave them a zero I very much would. This isn’t a place to go for perfection that’s for sure. And to top it all off they got paid from my insurance company for a half tailed job. Should steer clear from this place in Haslett. Then when I took it back for them to correct their mistakes they wanted to push me out another couple months. Also they told me my car needed an alignment and took it to bell tire and when I finally got my car back it is so bad when driving keeps pulling and before the alignment it drove straight and perfect.

I had my car in for repairs and while they act as if they have good customer service the ball keeps being dropped for them to fix an issue, I can’t get any follow up or a call back and when I do call they blame it on the Brighton location. The issue is yet to be resolved and unfortunately felt that if I left a bad review they might actually be responsive to me.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The updates throughout the repairs are incredible. The work was completed days ahead of schedule. Also, Troy wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I hope never to need them again, but if I do, I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

I had a fantastic experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. The staff was super friendly and helpful, I'd definitely choose this location if I was ever in need of repairs again.
