I went in to get a passport photo and got the most expensive, low-quality photo ever. The person working there was new and I had to wait a while for her to get someone to help her. My har was sticking out, the place was dark, the sim card wasn’t in the computer drive, what’s worst I paid ~20 for two terrible passport pictures.

They continually refill prescriptions I don't take or want! I have spoken to several pharmacists to get the unwanted scripts off my profile, and they say it's all fixed. I call in 3 scripts and have my husband pick them up, and he comes home with 6 scripts !!! They'd good for a couple of months, then start the bs all over again. And then don't take them back, of course, so you're stuck with a lot of unwanted pills!!!

I went for a passport photo. Didn’t know what to expect but the lady put me at ease with humor right away. She clearly does this a lot and walked me right through it. Lots of customers that day, so I got the final product after about 10 minutes. However, the earthiness and humor of the lady saved the day. Still smiling. I would go back.

The only reviews here were very old, and didn't represent this store very well. This is a good location. It's clean and convenient. The people in the pharmacy work hard. They were awesome during Covid; under appreciated front line heroes! I've used this place for many years now, and I have had 99.9% good experiences.

This pharmacy is awful! My husband and I have been going to Walgreens in Monroe for the past 9 years and we recently moved out this way. Since we have been using this pharmacy they have made multiple accounts under different addresses for us and always say they'll "take care of it" but don't. So half the time they "can't find" my prescriptions. Plus they've been charging me for my prescriptions for the past few months and told me that it was my co pay when come to find out the woman in glasses just put it down as "no insurance" when a medication needed authorization instead of doing her job. I have had nothing but problems from this pharmacy and today I was told my meds would be ready in an hour. And hour and 20 minutes later the woman told me "sorry" and they would be ready in a half hour. Ran errands and came back 45 minutes later to be told "come back in an hour" When I explained to her that I've already been waiting for 2 hours the woman in glasses interrupted us and very nastily told me she told me on the phone 2 hours not one. I said either way it's been over 2 hours now since I talked to you she said "I don't know, I don't remember. Drive around for 15 minutes and I'll try and get them" Sadly this is the last day my family and I will be using Walgreens..

My husband and I visited this Walgreens twice recently -- once on April 27th and once on Sunday, May 10. Both experiences were terrible. Because of the COVID-19 outbreak, I waited until the second experience to write this review in hopes that my first visit was a fluke. The store is very clean, and for that I give the store 2- stars. However, the employees do not wear masks and do not stay 6-feet away from you. I realize a complete 6-feet is difficult to achieve most of the time, however, there were three employees huddled together in an aisle and I needed a personal care item in the middle of the aisle and started proceeding down the aisle. The three employees stopped huddling, and one barked at me and told me that if I needed something that they would get it for me, but I didn't feel comfortable telling them what I entered the store to purchase and talk them through picking out the brand, etc. that I wanted. So, the employee marched to the intercom and had played over the speaker that customers need to stay 6-feet away from employees because of COVID-19. I took my items to the pharmacy and purchased them from an exceptionally rude woman who felt it necessary to audibly judge me on my medication I was picking up. And as I made my way to the front of the store, I noticed some clearance canned goods I wanted to pick up for the food pantry -- where again, 4 employees came and huddled next to me (shoulder to shoulder) and talked about the placement of maple syrup. Two of them weren't wearing masks. My husband went into the store on the next trip on the 10th, and he said that the gentleman at the pharmacy was exceptionally nice, but people in the store were, "wearing their masks like earrings" -- beyond frustrating. I don't typically go to this Walgreens and I don't think I'll be back unless I absolutely need a medication.
