This DG store can't keep the shelves stocked, the isles cleared of DG carts cluttering the isle lanes, and most importantly, this store truly needs attention from Corporate AND Regional Management.
In the past 12yrs, I've spent thousands of Dollars at this store, I've made many complaints about this particular store in Middleton, and I've even been lied to by DG staff with when I ask their name (they do not where name tags). And when I ask for the store managers name, the Regional Managers name, or how to connect to Dollar General...this particular stores staff all refuse to respond correctly, and refuse to provide me any information.

They need to fix their registers OR train their staff better..ACTUALLY BOTH. Multiple times I have been here and the coupons I clipped in the app won't work. I double check to make sure I'm getting what it says ....today the worker was so rude...she raced past the part to enter your phone number to use the coupon. Than she was mad about having to back track on that...NEXT the coupon I clipped for the items wasn't working. I asked her why...she says "I DON'T KNOW...ITS PROBABLY THE COMPUTER SYSTEM....THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS RETURN IT".....By this time there's another person waiting behind me. I just took the items without the coupon AGAIN. This store is just taking advantage of the fact they are convenient to the area when you don't want to drive a half hour to Alma or St John's. Their prices aren't doing anyone a favor....beware of this register scam they are doing. Check your receipts ...the workers are zero help.

Terrible terribke customer service! The lady with sandy brown hair, pulled back, and glasses should reconsider her career choices! Her attitude is beyond disgusting and she should not be working with the public. I am so sick of her rotten attitude every single time I come in there. The manager Mary is always very friendly and welcoming which us like night and day compared to the other woman. DO BETTER!

Worst experience at a dollar general ever. I don’t know the name of the lady working on Sunday September 5th at 11:16 A.M’s name but she talked slowly to us like we were stupid while we were checking out. We’ve been out of the state for a while and tried to buy a 12 pack at 11:16 and she said you can’t buy alcohol before noon in a snobby tone a couple times and when I tried to tell her we’re military from out of state and that it was a mistake she cut me off and she then said “this is alcohol” very slowly while waving her hands over the beer. When I told her she was being rude and didn’t have to say it like that or cut me off she was rude again and tried to pretend like she was just telling me the law. No, that’s not how you treat customers even if they did make a mistake.Not sure if she’s just rude or hates veterans but ether way if the manager cares about their local customers using dollar general versus family dollar the lady shouldn’t have her job or at the very least, shouldn’t have customer interaction at the register.

Had the worst experience after all the times I have come heard it scan something up twice she said no it didn’t re looked at my receipt and sure enough it did, second Oder came up to 11.70 I gave her 21.70 so I would get $10 back and she put in 21.60 worst experience ever today?
