“Been banking with Chase for quite a few years and since retiring and moving to this area, the Caledonia branch is the one closest to me (40 mile round trip drive). The staff always greets me when I come through the door, the tellers are fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about what services are offered. Yes, I know that I can bank by phone, I just prefer dealing with people.”
