We placed an order for pickup today through the ap. When we went to pick up the order they said they didn’t have the order. We indeed had an order number, conformation email and the money had been taken out of our bank account. Instead of fixing the problem and making our pizzas we were told to call the 1-800 number instead per the manager where our money is now held up for at least 24-48 hours. Being in customer service myself I would have handled this differently.

Ordered barbecue chicken they did not have chicken and I paid online so the only thing I could do was sub the chicken ya because I want bbq ham or bbq pepperoni what a joke of a place

Delivery drivers truck leaked oil all across my grey driveway. So my 7 dollar pizza will now cost me close to 300 dollars to resurface my driveway. Still trying to figure out the logic of driving down someone’s driveway with a vehicle that leaks oil, but what can you do. You (Hungry Howies) have my contact information to make this right. I will update this review if any effort is made by them to fix this. Giving me a number to call, or an email to email, will quite possibly be the worst customer experience response possible.

We tried several times to give this Hungry Howies chances, about 8 out of our last 10 orders were messed up some way, today our pizza was missing the stuffed crust and one of the toppings, when we finally spoke to a manager he was extremely rude and instead of just apologizing for the error and issuing the refund I requested he made excuses that they were out of said topping then when asked about the stuffed crust he said I don’t know I wasn’t here then, so why speak up at all about the errors, even if you were out of toppings you should make a simple phone call and let the customer know not just let it slide and still charge them for the extra topping knowing you don’t put them on the pizza. Make sure your order is correct before accepting it. They have done this to us several times and we are done with this location. Hopefully the new “C’s Pizza” coming in down the street can do better!!

Have used them for years but just had a terrible interaction with the store manager Anthony. Put in an app order and he called me to say they were out of a product. I asked for something else that was a $2 upcharge because they were out. Guy was hostile and kept threatening to cancel my order. Eventually did and was not nice. No more hungry howies for us.

I eat here every now and then but I stopped in for lunch the other day and the guy at the front desk with long hair, i think his name was tyler, was fantastic to interact with. I was having a bad day and he was super patient and kind. food is usually great, service is always great. this is one of the better howies locations for sure.

Halfway decent food but run by idiots. Person answered phone but then said only online orders or walk in and refused to take my order. I'll go somewhere else. Not worth hassle of dealing with dumb teenagers.

DO NOT EAT HERE-PLEASE READ!-I Very recently ordered dinner for our family from the Gun Lake Hungry Howies and even though we live 5 minutes away from the store we had chose delivery due to not having a vehicle. So On top of paying the $8 delivery fee they charge, I had also included a tip for the driver as well as giving him a cash tip when he arrived with our order. After carrying the order inside and setting it down and inspecting everything we immediately realize they had not given us ANY of the several pizza sauces we had paid for and ordered on top of not giving us the icing dip for the pumpkin spice bread we had ordered. I immediately contacted the store about the missing sauces and after being put on hold for 15 minutes I was finally able to speak to someone and explain they did not give us the several sauces we ordered or the icing dip for the pumpkin spice bread sticks. I was then put on hold for an extended period of time and when the worker returned to the call I was told "the driver said he isn't going to bring them to you and we can't make him do it but if you come in we can give you your sauces" flabbergasted I then asked for a manager and was again placed on hold for an extended period of time. Finally someone picked up the line and I explained the situation to him and he reiterated the fact that "they can't make the driver bring me anything and that the driver said he is not going to do it." So after explaining the fact that I not only paid the $8 delivery fee on top of my $70 order, but I also included a credit card tip for the driver along with tipping him cash upon his arrival even though he only had to drive 5 minutes at most, the man on the phone said " sir there's nothing we can do about it period. We can't make him do anything he doesn't want to do and there's nothing we can do for you and if you don't like it you can call back tomorrow and speak to a manager"... so after asking for a manager and being placed on hold for an extended period of time he falsley represented himself to be a manager from the time he took me off hold to address my issue. After calling him out for falsely representing a manager I asked for his name and was given a False first name of "John" and when I asked for a last name he first flat out refused and then again provided me with another lie and failure to identify himself and told me his last name was "Kay"... (Not a very intelligent group of pizza boys at this location...) I again explained I paid their outrageous delivery fee as well as tipping their driver with the credit card and again tipping him with cash upon his arrival and clearly paid for the service and had it delivered for a reason and if I could come pick up the sauces I would have just ordered a pick up order and you say that you can't make the driver do anything, but yet ITS LITERALLY their job!!! Not to mention I live only 5 minutes away tops and I have NEVER, EVER experienced this level of disrespect and lack of accountability in my entire life not to mention how THEIR mistake somehow became MY problem to fix and they refused to do anything on their end to make things right and even made things worse by lying and portraying themselves as management along with blatantly lying when asked their name. Our family dinner was ruined. The kids couldn't eat their pizza or cheese bread due to no pizza sauce to dip in nor could anyone eat or enjoy their pumpkin spice breadsticks. So not only was our entire family dinner night ruined, I was disrespected and lied to by employees and basically stolen from since they refused to give me things I had already paid for and that THEY screwed up. WORST HUNGRY HOWIES EVER! DO NOT GO HERE!!! corporate needs to know what is going on over there and I hope the word spreads about this sad excuse for a business and nobody has their family dinner night ruined by a business that treats their customers so poorly and refuse to fix their blatant mistakes. $70+ down the drain and a night

Got our order wrong. Called and said would have to drive all the way back to get a replacement. No consideration for my time or money. Will go to other HH's in the area instead next time.
