The app is easy to use and answers questions and concerns quickly. Staff spray and scrub down cars before the wash, giving better results than most automatic washes. Kids love the soap smiley faces. The free vacuum comes with every wash. Customers say the Tunnel Of Terror is the best, and the experience is Spoo-tac-ular. Though the dryer needs an upgrade, the service remains wonderful after renovations.
