Delivery people didn't know what they were doing I was supposed to get my couch Thursday got moved to Saturday because of weather which I was fine with but Saturday hit they said they couldn't get the couch in my house they moved stuff in my office and almost knocked my mom's and nephews ashes over then they were supposed to send me pictures of a few couches that they said should fit and I could get Monday but never got the pictures I have delt with the company for a long time and never had this issue before today worst delivery people ever

Nick, the general manager, has went ABOVE and beyond , time and time again, getting me and my household right. Through troubled times, he’s helped me get back on track, is ALWAYS there to help me when I decide to get MORE things for my house !
