Had a lift issue with my van. Went to two other places — no luck even though I was charged both times. Came here and met Todd and Ron. Super friendly and actually listened. Figured it out and fixed it the same morning - these guys know their stuff.
Total lifesavers. I won’t take my van anywhere else now.

I was a 40 year customer of their parent company (Saginaw Medical) and have had work done in the past and was happy. NOT ANYMORE! Three weeks to do a 3-4 day install. Just excuses. Could not even get it done for the next installer. Their schedule is off now due to their incompetence. Further delays. What ever happened to quality costumer service? I will no longer be using them or their parent company (saginaw Medical). Nice to know loyalty means nothing in today's business climate.

We rented a van from Access Mobility. The people are great, the process was smooth, and the van is exactly what we needed. It was a last minute reservation (due to a last-minute cancellation) right before closing and their team work together to accommodate us and were super helpful and pleasant! So impressed and happy - it made our holiday to be able to have our loved one join us!

We have been using Access Mobility for many years now. They have always been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. A couple of weeks ago, the battery on our van “died” and hence electric handicapped electric chair lift would not work - which is essential for me to get into the van. After having the battery replaced, my husband took the van over to Access Mobility to have the seat and scooter lifts checked. ?Don kindly hooked everything up for us, even though it was during his lunch hour and the schedule was already booked. We appreciate all of the excellent service that Access Mobility provides for us! ?
