Barnes & Noble is a well-loved bookstore that offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Customers appreciate the helpful and kind staff, who go above and beyond to assist, such as locating hard-to-find items and ensuring excellent service. Many reviews highlight the store's good layout, which is more inviting and easier to navigate compared to other locations, with some seating available for customers to sit, relax, and read. This emphasis on comfort and a warm environment reflects the store's original intention to be a place where people can browse freely and enjoy a relaxed experience. While the store has faced some challenges, such as limited selection at times and the presence of more pop culture items, it seems to be finding its identity again. Customers value the store's efforts to maintain a cozy, community-focused vibe, especially with seating and friendly staff. The store also benefits from a lively mall environment, which shows activity and shoppers. Exceptional customer service was also noted, with staff members going out of their way to help, including tracking down specific items and ensuring they are shipped directly to customers' homes. Overall, Barnes & Noble is seen as a pleasant place to browse, buy books, enjoy a coffee, and receive attentive service, maintaining its legacy as a space for reading and relaxation.
Every book you can think of. Also sells games, collectibles, records, CDs, and journalling books. There is a large child friendly area in the back that offers toys, books, and other options in a very kid-friendly decorated area
