I had some tune up work and repairs conducted on my bike recently. I was very pleased with the level of service and support from Bicycle Headquarters, Inc. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Went in to get my tire straightened and he told me he couldn’t do it today he was too busy then proceeded to stand there and talk to me for about 30 minutes when he could have been fixing the tire absolutely a waste of a visit

Recently I purchase day 2020 giant e-bike and a giant mountain bike for my wifeand I have had nothing but excellent experience with the staff and the facility itselfand I would recommend bicycle headquarters over any bicycle shop in the area go down there and see them and find out the experience for yourself
