Use to be a good place. NOT any more. First of all, the sales rep puts on Boost Plus their insurance WITHOUT asking increasing your phone bill. Then one has to call headquarters to have it taken off. When buying electronics at Walmart the staff at least ask when purchasing the item.
Secondly, don't sell something you don't have or have constant issues with. Upgrading my phone because not having response on the old phone when striking a command, I got a 5G which was offered an updated feature. I returned to the store the next day because all I'd received was the pause circle. The rep looked at it and told me to sometimes turn the aircraft mode on and off. Watching YouTube or researching on Google I would have to do this numerous times. Traveling north I would get NO reception even using the airplane mode. Boost doesn't have the towers for 5G. Admit it and don't sell something the company can't accommodate. By violating consumer rights, in my opinion Boost shouldn't even have a store not informing customers about the insurance and selling a device you can't provide services for. I would have been better off being sold a flip phone and using the library for computer needs.

Been having issues with my service since they been trying to merge companies or whatever they are doing. Call 611 and all I get is people who don't know what they are doing. Unable to make and receive calls, now no text allowed and my bill is paid but says pending and it's not from my banks end because I called them. Cant make calls because it says line busy or simply just hangs up!!! Seriously about to just leave boost because of this mess and I've been with them for YEARS!!!! Extremely frustrated with their service!!! Calling the store is useless because never get anyone to answer!!!

Collin had some serious customer service skills he multi tasked getting me and my girlfriends phone setup while dealing with a angry woman complaining about her phones battery and he kept his calm and got her and mine problems settled he's a true worker and definitely needs to see some of the praise idk about you but I don't think I would have even handled that calmly like he did.

Austin was super friendly and incredibly helpful. He answered all of our questions susinctly without the run-around you get at some of the other places. He patiently worked with us through the transfer of data from our old phones to the new ones. He is very professional and a valuable asset to this business. If he worked for me, I would pay him well, because I wouldn't want to lose him and the exceptional service he provides. Colin was helpful as well, setting up my wife's phone while Austin worked on mine.

Boost Mobile I really enjoy them they're very good people they're very helpful I've been with boost Mobile for over 12 years and I would not go with anybody I recommend boost Mobile over anybody
