I work in customer service and if I acted the way that man did when I even walked in the door, I would be fired. He was rude from the very beginning straight up asking me "What do you want?". I knew the phone I was looking at and knew I was on the phone plan just for him to say I wasn't and that I was gonna have to pay atleast triple what the original price was supposed to be. As I was walking out he was talking to someone that walked in after me and basically told him he was having a better day now that that dude was here. From the very beginning he was rude and I will no longer be going to this location.

The cricket store in Midland MI is absolutely amazing. Ruthie helped me switch my plan to cricket and also was able to save me so much money in the process. I highly recommend Cricket as it’s wonderful coverage at half the price! I’ve never been to a cell phone service center and have had so much kindness and patience shown. Thank you so much Ruthie and Mike for all you do for Cricket customers ❤️❤️❤️.

Can't remember his name, but the gentleman that works there was very helpful when I was purchasing a phone last week. I went there intending to buy an Iphone. He would've made more money on his sale by selling me one but he still helped me find a phone with better capabilities for a better price. While ringing it up, he realized that he grabbed one of last year's model phones and even though I wouldn't have known the difference and they're the same price, he insisted on getting me that year's model instead. He also realized while ringing me up that I had a protection plan on my iphone that was damaged and even though he could've potentially lost a sale by telling me that he still informed me that I could go that route if I wanted. All in all he was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable and I will be sure to go back in the future!

It absolutely SUCKED the salesman is a liar, knows nothing, very pushy, and decided to run his mouth as I walked out trying to degrade me. So I have decided to NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH CRICKET AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE WITH YOUTUBE AND ALL OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA.
