This was overall not a great experience for me. I was supposed to pick up a medication waited about 20-25 minutes in the line for the window. Only to get to the window and be told to pull around because it’s not quite ready yet and they will get to me before 1:30 which is when their lunch starts apparently, but as I pulled up to this window, the second time in which they told me to do the window shut for lunc. I really did not appreciate being lied to by the employee who I spoke to. Especially seeing as I had gotten out of urgent care and needed this medication before I had to go to work. By all means had they told me it wouldn’t be ready until after lunch that would’ve been ok but the employee lying to me and saying that I would be seen before lunch was not impressive. Had I known that that was a lie I would’ve just stayed at the window until it was ready, I will do so in the future.

I love the store and some of the deals but the group that programs the app for CVS needs to be fired. The latest version for the Android made it IMPOSSIBLE to find my Care Card to scan. Not even the store attendant could find it. We wasted 5 minutes hunting for it. IT SHOULD BE THE FIRST THING THAT YOU SEE when you open the app. Idiots!!!!

They've been terrible since day one. Usually when I get there, my prescription is not ready. It's like they only fill your prescription if you show up in person and wait 15 minutes. They don't answer, so don't bother calling. Today was just the icing on the cake. I got there a few minutes before closing and they closed the door in my face, made an X with their arms, saying they're closed. Probably isn't worth the discount my insurance company gives.

Literally messed up my son’s scripts after surgery and I called because they didn’t have it filled. Showed up the lady was very rude and said what do you want me to do about it and then I called to make sure they would be filled. The man on phone said it would be about 30 minutes came back over an hour later and it was not filled and they had messed it up again.. such a joke and the night staff is not friendly at all.

Pharmacist was super helpful to me over the phone and once I was there in person. The lead tech Kasey, however, was the most rude, condescending, unprofessional person I've ever had a customer service interaction with. Seemed that I was quite bothersome in my request for the LIFE NESSICARY things I was there for. I would recommend Walmart pharmacy far and above here with this scenario and issues we've had with my wife prescriptions in the past.

If I could give no stars I would. Can not talk to anyone on the phone, everything has to be on line or through the app. Their link they send you will not open.

I just feel like there’s always a headache leading to getting my medicine from here like it’s always something it takes forever to even fill my prescription when calling because The robot can never understand you, or the robot on the phone breaks and it hangs up on you. It takes forever to even take you to a voicemail and you never get to talk to a person.

They a bot answering the pharmacy phone. One of the dumbest I’ve heard. Nobody wants to talk to a bot. If you insist on having one, the first thing IT should ask is “do you want to speak to a bot, press 1, if you want to speak to a person, press 2”. That simple. I gave you a 2 star because I’m trying to be nice and hope take my advice. An obnoxious bot answering your phone tells all your customers just how little you really care about them. Hmmmm, Caremark, what does that imply?

Every time I go to this location they have sale tags that have little to no info saying what's actually on sale point of example today half the store meds and vitamins say buy one get 50% off but does not list any exclusions so grabbed acouple for a restock get to the counter to find out everything to be full price
