Worst place I’ve ever worked at in my LIFE. they do not care about their employees. Most specifically the pharmacy manager. She does not care if the place is falling apart, she only cares about working her employees to the bone. Terrible drama all the time and zero effort from any of the managers to curb it. Lazy workers, most of whom, talk terribly about their patients. I have never met anyone as selfish as these people. If you want staff that cares about you or your loved ones, don’t come here.

Says the pharmacy department opens at 7am when fact they don't open until 8am. Good pharmacy, just correct hours on online.

Terrible pharmacy. Consistently rude, inconsiderate and apparently oblivious to the needs of their customers. We picked up a new prescription for my wife at this pharmacy. I asked the employee if there were any other prescriptions ready and she said “no”. She then said “that will be one forty seven”. We have some expensive prescriptions so I asked, “one hundred and forty seven dollars?”. She rolled her eyes and said, “one dollar and forty seven cents”. When we were about 8 or 10 miles from the pharmacy my wife received a text from CVS stating that she had another prescription ready to be picked up.I don’t appreciate the rolling eyes and I sure don’t appreciate having to return to the pharmacy when I had asked if there were any more prescriptions ready.These are just a couple of examples but unfortunately we’ve had many bad experiences. We would move to another pharmacy but our insurance company has made their deal with CVS.

So bad; Pharmacy closes 1:30 to 2. Six cars ahead of me at 2...still 6 cars ahead of me at 2:38. Watch...they'll tell me to come back in half an hour.... And wait in line again.

I’d watch to make sure if you have prescriptions that could be expired that they aren’t because I went and picked mine up and they gave me one that expired last month and can’t get a new one for 3-4 days. Extremely unhappy

CVS Pharmacy 1015 S Saginaw Rd Midland MIThis is by the far WORST pharmacy ever. Every single encounter I’ve ever had at this pharmacy has been a complete nightmare. Do not waste time to go there. Pharmacy staff including the pharmacist are not only rude and unprofessional but they do make you feel unwelcomed and unwanted. Shamefully, the pharmacist hears and sees what's going on at all times. They will make you come back again and again for similar prescriptions and when you call, they will invariably hang up on you or walk away from the consultation counter. I would give zero score but option for the lowest score is one star which they DO NOT even deserve that too. Definitely, most screwed up pharmacy and customer service organization. Organization should close this facility for good and fire them all. These people should never be given option to get hired again. There are plenty of options in the city and strongly suggest to dump this nasty pharmacy and switch to different local pharmacy.IN SUMMARY:HORRIBLE pharmacy and Shameless staff. Fair warning, DO NOT take risk to go there.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS CVS!!!

I went to this CVS store on my lunch to pick up a prescription and was turned away because it was 1:30, their lunch time and I was to come back later. As I was the only one in line, I left the store wondering why one of the 2 employees at the pharmacy couldn't have gotten my prescription for me while they staggered their lunch by a couple of minutes.Paul Reid

Good luck getting an employee to actually check you out. They all “there’s the self checkout” and they’ll leave, on the other occasions they’ll have multiple people follow you through the entire store and then have someone stand less than 4 feet from you to watch you check yourself out on the self checkout.

Just started doing cvs coupon deals and I'm already loving the products and prices. Its a food change to be able to go in store and do my deals without the hustle and hassel of having to move around crowded store. Its convenient and calming place to shop for a variety of affordable items. Friendly staff and quick pharmacy pick-up.

Updated on 1/18: lady I talked to was kind but the pharmacist working today decided to deny my coupon and would rather have me pay an EXTRA $150 for a needed daily prescription. (Yes it’s at the “pharmacists discretion,” I double checked w/ another CVS). Do NOT recommend ??Have switched to this CVS for the past few months and honestly the best customer service at a pharmacy I’ve ever received. And as someone who has monthly prescriptions and anxiety surrounding filling and picking up, it makes a WORLD of difference. Everyone in the pharmacy is kind, courteous, and helpful.

The store is always clean, pretty easy to find stuff, everybody is generally nice, the pharmacy people are pleasant but always super busy, one of the older cashiers can be a little rude though.

Most screwed up company and customer service organization (call center) that my wife and I ever worked with. Something is terribly amiss with their customer service organization and needs to be addressed. My wife has been working for the last four weeks attempting to get her Prolia bone medication approved (Aetna and via CVS, both related companies) with little success. Every Customer Service person she has worked with has been incompetent (training issue? Systems issue?) and my wife and her doctors office have repeatedly supplied the necessary information and details only to learn that 'that information is not on your file'. My wife and I have worked at large Fortune 500 companies for 30+ years and this is not the way to treat your customer. Would love to discuss the issue and our experiences with one of their executive team.

I stopped in after work st around 10:15 pm for a couple of items. When I went to check out I could not find any employee....at all. I rang the bell and waited....nothing. I rang the bell again....nothing. I then called out "hello?" Someone then came out of the back and said "hold on I am trying to find them....I don't know where they went" When the cashier finally was found instead of saying sorry for having to wait.....she said curtly "you know we have self service checkout" I was made to feel like I was bothering her. Wow.... Not using CVS again
