I bought a new mattress from Dan Dan. I drove 80 miles to get great service and pricing.Looked at more mattresses in their showroom than 10 stores combined in Lansing. I would strongley recommend them!!

My wife and I came into the store on Saturday the 18th. A very nice young man by the name of Alex helped us. He answered every single question we had when we called the store and when we came in.We had an issue the very next day so we called the store and spoke with Alex and he took care of it right away.We definitely recommend Dan Dan The Mattress Man for their prices and mainly for their customer service!!We will definitely be repeat customers!! Thanks Alex!!

My parents purchased a FANTASTIC loveseat here last year. They received impeccable service from Alex and had an all around good experience. When the time came for my mom to get a new mattress we stopped in for test rests to find her a great fit. Alex helped us again and I was very impressed with his expertise, kindness and low pressure sales help. He worked within her budget and even after looking at a number of mattresses on our own she ended up going with the first one he suggested. She decided she wanted to sleep on the decision overnight (pun intended) and there was no pressure to make the decision immediately. We called the next morning and they bent over backwards for us to make the process of getting it home as easy as possible. You can tell that this business is more interested in creating long term customers than just making the sale. I wish I personally lived closer because I would use them for all my furniture needs.

Worked with Mike, he was patient, and very nice, not a pushy sales associate. Also got help loading and getting stuff delivered by Brady. Also very nice and professional. 10 stars if I could! Also want to add the quality we found at this store far surpassed that of lazy boy and other places we looked. Best prices, best quality, and best sales experience. We will be returning.

Had an emergency at home and called Dan Dan, ordered a bed - had it delivered 9:00 a.m. the next morning!! What great service! and a perfect bed, just what I wanted.. Weather was bad but he came and set it up in no time.. Very friendly, picked out a perfect bed at a good price!!!

Hubby and I needed a new mattress. Alex met us, showed us the mattresses that were in the price range we gave him. Had answers to all of our questions, did not try to sell us anything that we were not interested in, and had the sale closed in a matter of minutes.
