Don’t answer phone, when they do, they use a different business name. Concur that they just leave packages by the door.

Came here in search of a FedEx kiosk to print out an email attachment after traveling to other local FedEx locations with no luck. Although they did not have a kiosk, they helped me out BIG TIME and took the time out of their day to print the attachment for me versus just telling just me I was out of luck as they don’t offer this service at their location. If I lived local to this location, this would definitely be my go-to for my shipping needs. Thank you again!

CAREFUL. If you have a pre-printed label, you will not get a receipt w/ evidence that they took the package. The packages get placed on the floor near the front door. Strongly recommend using a formal FedEx ship center (nearby in Walmart, or in Freeland). For my shipment, it was not scanned by FedEx when they picked it up, I had no receipt, and somehow it made it to its destination, but I had no receipt. Big mistake and risk on my part.

This FedEx is top notch. The head guy here is always so nice to me and willing to help whenever I come to drop packages off. This store makes running errands less of a burden. Highly recommend

We needed help getting a box to NYC quickly. The staff at Fedex were SO helpful and friendly, especially Jessica! We highly recommend Fedex on Billingsley to meet your packing and shipping needs. The process was professional and friendly.

I must say the young man, Brennan, was amazing, extremely polite, helpful and patient. He looked up every possible way to send a package economically. Just a well rounded extremely nice young man to deal with. If you there, ask for Brennan. You'll be glad you did.

ZERO STARS! I will never spend another dime at any FedEx again. We got our wedding invitations printed at this location and they are AWFUL. Cut off on the bottom, they don't line up properly and they are not the right color. They charged me over $200 for 70 invitations that look terrible. A big part of my wedding ruined.
