I was very pleased with Garber Chevrolet Body Shop Team. Even though I haven't had much time to enjoy my Equinox since I received it back. Snow storm happened. I was very pleased with the work and with the friendliness of Kathleen and Barb in the Body Shop Office. They were the Bomb!!

I established an outstanding rapport with my salesman. I am typically skeptical of a new salesman. I've been buying or leasing a new vehicle every two or three years. I'm 71 years old to give you an idea about how long I've been doing this. Chad Husen gained my trust soon after meeting him. Kudos to him and the entire staff of yours that I dealt with.I have been a dedicated customer at a competing dealership for many years.I won't mention their name out of respect for them. But Garber Chevrolet of Midland has my undying loyalty.From here forward.

This was the third Veterans Day we had the oil changed on our vehicle. It is also the 10th or 11th time we have had Garber chevrolet change the oil on our vehicle. In each of these visits, the service staff has provided the higest levels of customer service.We will be contacting them about additional maintence service needed.Thank you Garber Chevrolet for not only gifting veterans, but for the professionalism and customer services provided on each visit and to each customer.Gene McFarland

Had an appointment on a Wednesday morning. Was getting oil change, tires rotated, replace coolant sensor/overflow jug, and replace batteries. At the end of the day, no one contacted me. I called and was told truck never was started.Was called the next day asking me why my truck wouldn't start. I told them that is why it was there. They expected to get ti done before 4pm. Once again, no one called me, and they were closed by the time I tried to call them myself.Now it is Friday, and FINALLY I am told what is being done and the estimate. They hoped to get it done before the weekend. Of course, no one called me, so I called them at 4pm. They said it was finishing up and they would send a shuttle to pick me up in 30m.I pick up the truck after 5pm. The touch screen and radio are unresponsive. I let them know, and then tried to power it on and off a few times. It started to work. As I am headed home, I check the tire air sensors, and they show tires are low. Went to Discount Tire for air check. They filled them all, and I saw that the tire sensors were also NOT reset. They did it for me for free. As they are filling tires with air, they tell me my left headlight is out. That is where the battery is that was replaced. It was fine before service.I call Saturday morning and they tell me they will check it out immediately. I complained about them not doing the full job for the tire rotation and they just shrugged it off. After about 15m, they found the headlight was unplugged.This place will get work done, but there is always something else wrong or unexpected that occurs. This is NOT a one-time thing. These types of things happen EVERY time they do work. This is the closest dealer to me. I use reward points to help pay for service and it can only be used at a dealer. If there was a dealer just as close to me, I would DEFINITELY choose them over this one.Do not recommend if you have another garage that you trust.Services: Auto battery replacement

I needed brakes. I called them the night before, and was told to bring my car in the next morning. My car was fixed that day and I recieved rides to and from home. No stress!! Everyone was friendly and kind.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was my third or fourth time going here for an oil change. I came once for a paint job on my truck which went very well. The last time I came I got my oil change free because somehow they forgot I was there. This time my check engine light was on so I thought they could check it after doing the oil. After 3 hours of waiting and asking about it twice, they figured it was one of the lines running from the fuel pump and gave me an estimate of $900 in case all the lines had to be replaced. I said I just put in a new pump and the response was you should be good then. So then I took it to my regular mechanic and it took two minutes to reattach one of the lines. No charge. So needless to say I'm done with them. So if they ever give you a high estimate, maybe a second opinion wouldn't hurt.
