After talking to to customer care I was told I would be priority to get resolved, I was quickly forgotten except that they sent be to the store manager I had problem with. He enailed me and I responded only to not hear from him again. Called to try to talk to anyone above store level for customer care and was promised they would get me in touch with just that person but who calls me back. Same store manager , the one who basically smiled and laughed at me and sent me to Menards to spend now over 15k . Give the the wolf 60k a year to watch the hen house and this is what you get . I'll never buy from Home Depot again. Terrible business tactic to avoid getting bad results from your quests taken care of. Spent well over 100k from this place over the years but this time my 70k is going to Menards who are great with customer care.

Helpful staff. But Home Depot itself...could make improvements. I ALWAYS have to go searching for a flat cart and the inside store having all their check out lanes at only one end of the store... ridiculous. Every time I shop there, I always swear it's my last time. Lowe's has better prices and better variety

Dont order or have them install flooring. Material comes in damaged and they can't measure properly to order enough. Have to wait for new material and then can't get the edge cutting contractor back out to finish and fix the mistakes they made.

This Home Depot is the store I go to first if I ever need anything they might sell. Not only do they have a great selection with quality items, everyone is always friendly here and someone almost always stops me to ask if I need help. But this store goes above and beyond in regards to customer service. Just to give an example of what I mean, I ordered a small chest freezer off the Home Depot app and after it was delivered, I unboxed it and saw it was damaged. So I called the store and spoke to James who told me he could give me the number to have someone schedule to pick it up to exchange it or I could just bring it in, which I did. I didn't even need the box. Freezers stock levels were tough, but James not only went out of his way to find me a new freezer, he went to a nearby town to pick it up and bring it back to the store for me! He also refunded my initial delivery fee and sold me the next size up for the same price! Then, when I get the new chest freezer home when wiping out the inside, I notice at the bottom in one of the corners there's a gap. So now I'm worried that when frost builds up and I defrost the freezer water might leaked into that gap. So I text James who is off work but still replies to me, kindly sympathizing and suggests I call the store. I end up talking to the operations manager, Nick Chambers. He offers to swap it out for me or lets me know it would be fine if I wanted to seal it. I agree that I'd like to keep it after everything that happened and that sealing the bottom would be the best choice. So Nick ends up giving me a free professional caulking gun and caulk, a total $30 value. I already thought Home Depot had the best selection and the friendliest staff. But after everything I've experienced with this store, I'm a Home Depot customer for life.

The team went above and beyond to deliver my order when the third party delivery truck broke down. Andy and his team found a way to deliver in smaller loads and I was able to keep my project on track to meet my deadline. Thanks guys.

I love the service; have bought several pieces of furniture and I have always been pleased. Home Depot has great prices and the quality is really good for the price.

Samantha at the service desk was not only rude but embarrassing to us. Telling other customers "go somewhere else this is going to take a long time" When she was unable to find our Home Depot card she loudly stated "your over your limit". So if you couldn't find our card how are we over the limit. So embarrassing. Mind you we are paying $4,000 for new counters. Everyone else, Amy, Kristy and Andy we made contact with very helpful.

I ordered a piece on line today. Home Depot emailed and texted me that it was there and available for pick up. My husband and I drove an HOUR each way to pick it up after I had paid for it on line. Got there and it was not even the right skew number! I then had to wait to get a refund for something that was their error. The associates didn't even say sorry. It was like too bad for you. I would never recommend this store. HORRIBLE SERVICE and honestly no excuse for such poor service.

My husband was refused enterance into the store today because he did not have a useless mask on. My husband is an Army veteran. Why would anyone ever want to shop at this store with the way they treat citizens and veterans? We will never ever again shop at this particular store.

my kids loved doing the kids workshops but during covid they keep changing their story. the first time they handed out the kits, the next month they said they were keeping them all until the state was open again, the month after that they said they had handed them out already, the month after that they days they didn't have them at all

There is a man in tool/ vehicle rental who says his name is Steven D, but that seemed like a lie so I looked him up and I'm pretty sure his name is Steven Swanson. He is incredibly rude and disgustingly inconsiderate. I have never had such a terrible experience in any store ever in my life, and hope to never have a similar one. Bought a stove on Black Friday and it came damaged then it caught on fire when installed. Second stove came damaged. It took almost 2 months to get a new stove without a working oven through the holidays. But they are gonna give me 50$ for my trouble that I still haven’t received!
