First two services were wonderful. The last one was not. He was rushed and did my fill in less than 30minutes.
Ive had two nails lift and one that only lasted 4-days. To which he took the entire nail off and caused a great deal of pain. Luckily I was rescued from him by another lady whom I had the first visit.
I will go back with an appointment with the first woman that I saw originally.
But not the man at table 12.

Disappointed, informed them allergic to gel polish. What did he do put gel polish on on! Not only did my cuticle area peel the polish looked horrible after 2 day!!!!

I will never go here again! My girls(9&7) and I paid over $100 for just gel polish. They kept insisting we use their products when I had my own and my girls were “convinced” to use their stuff because the employees would not stop insisting they use something they didn’t want to use to start with. THEN they started just popping off their nails. We had them done on Thursday and they were already popping off on Friday and finally both had them pop off on Monday. How awful. Gel when done properly shouldn’t pop off like that especially for the kind of money we paid for just painting!

Then perhaps you can explain to me why I was charged $105 for just painting. “Recommendations” are a one time suggestion, not a barrage of comments until we feel bad enough to give in. When someone says no, that should be it. It is very interesting that the product that I brought in is holding up just fine on me but your product is the one popping off. Oily nails shouldn’t be an issue if the nail is prepped for gel like it should be. We used gel so that their nails would look beautiful for our vacation that we are currently on outside of the country. So no, we can’t just come in to have them repainted. And I absolutely have the correct salon because one, I’m not an idiot, and two, I usually go to the other salon with zero issues. We tried your salon for the first time last Thursday and sorry if you don’t like that I posted about yours, but sometimes when your business isn’t living up to expectations, you have to accept that and take accountability. The only reason I would return to your salon would be to get my money back.

My mom and I have been looking for a new pedicure place and we are so happy with this place!! We called earlier to see if we needed and appointment and made one for only 45 minutes later. They got us in promptly even though they started getting busy, they made sure everyone got serviced today. They handled our feet with care, had a great color selection, maintained cleanliness and were all very friendly! We will be back again real soon!

I’ve been going here for FOUR years every two weeks religiously until I moved over an hour away. I still go every 3-4 weeks. I’d always been happy until the last few times. Technicians have been too busy to take their time. They take people back out of order of arrival , walk ins not appointments. I’m a single parent and this is the only thing I afford myself to treat myself. Was so disappointed, my nails all bubbled and have been pealing down to layers of still wet polish underneath. I have yellow nail polish stains on several things now. I work with the public and my nails are embarrassing and look like crud. The last few sets I’ve had done here have lifted insanely , I’m careful and wear gloves anytime my hands are submerged in water or chemicals. I always color proper aftercare and maintenance and just can’t seem to make them last anymore. I can’t wait to be able to have them redone elsewhere. Not to mention the incredibly inconsistent pricing these days, some techs charge the price in the board others charger different amounts from week to week. One wink a fill with one color gel overlay will be $35 the next the same tech will charge $60 for the exact same fill and color. I hope the prior level of care and customer service returns.In response to your response, you painted in one ombré on two nails. I’m talking about the pricing of the technicians next to the polish wall in the second row of seats thank you. Not this sets pricing specifically. I’ve tried reaching out for you to fix them and was told it’d be the price of a new set. The woman and newer male technician who sit in the second row have excruciating price differences for the EXACT same polish and fill one week to the next which is why I won’t go to either of them anymore I will leave instead. I usually do a solid color and fill , I opted to do something special since I was going to the owner who normally takes time and care however the level of issues I’m having and the fact I was told I would need to pay for a new set after this is extremely sad. As for the order of things I was getting a fill as the person who came in after me ,who was not an appointment, was getting a full set and she was pulled back before me.

Me and my niece and daughter got our nails done today they were in such a hurry and the lady doing mine laughed and made fun of my nails I wanted done and wouldn't do the flowers I wanted she decided to put different color dots on one of my nails. My nieces nails looked terrible I will not be back then after I was told the total and paid for my niece nails with cash then mine and daughters with card she charged me and extra $5 so no it was a very terrible experience

My teenage daughter had her nails done at your establishment yesterday. She was pretty happy until she got home and noticed how bad they were: bumpy, uneven color, roughness, nails were not really shaped evenly and she found a hair in the nails. I would post pics but she has already taken them off. She did learn a valuable lesson about checking out reviews on establishments (looking at you HN 3.8) before giving them your money. And to inspect the product before you leave.I would avoid this place.
