I went in to make a purchase. Asked an employee for help with some questions. One came over didn't know anything about their products. Called the other one over. I had the heavy item pulled out to be able to read about it and she put it back. I said I had that pulled out to be able to read about it. And she's just like oh and walked away. So I walked out without buying obviously.

Manager and employees are great issue is with customer service themselves I bought predator 900w generator last year spent $900 all together for it. I didn't get the warranty that part is on me. My biggest issue is you can't even buy the major parts that fails. This generator could be 3 years old and fail problem would still be the same. Kind of glad it happened now before I bought one for my parents and my brother. I took great care of it and it failed me when I needed it with no help but a sorry. I will no longer be shopping at Harbor freight because of this. I don't recommend buying thier generators warranty or not.

The Midland store is well stocked, especially when you have something to get replaced (lifetime warranty), gone to Bay City and Saginaw many times and they did not have what we wanted in stock, but Midland did. We just go to the Midland store, and don't waste our time going to Bay City or Saginaw stores.
