First time visiting this store.
Went to buy a washer and dryer. Asked for assistance and a nice lady introduced me to someone from the specific department I needed. Unfortunately that person proceeded to walk away and ignore me (they did load a dryer on a screen for me to look at, but that was it), and started helping other customers who had just walked in. even though I was standing next to him at the desk (He wouldn't even acknowledge or look at me) after he assisted those other customers, some more customers started walking up, so I then spoke up and asked for some help.
He then just pointed at some guy in the back and said I needed to speak to them. I then walked away and approached the other worker who said he had no idea how to help me with a washer and dryer and told me to go find a specific lady. So I then again walked away, I found the lady (now the 4th employee I have approached) and after about 15 more minutes (already a lot of time had passed) I finally ordered a washer and dryer.
I am about to do a major house reconstruction and all new appliances, I will be checking out other stores instead. This didn't really sit well with me.

Ordered work bench the 19th. Said it would be available on the 21st. It sat in Ohio for one week not moving. It finally left on the 29th. Hopefully I'll get it soon. Zero excuse for a business in today's world to let a package sit in one spot for a week. I ordered an apple product that arrived to Michigan in 23 hours from China but Home Depot can't get a workbench to the next state over in 10 days? Crazy.

A huge Thank You to employee James at the Midland Home Depot. He saw me walking in with my portable 02 tank and offered to do my shopping while I could sit near the front door. It was a bad breathing day for me, so I really appreciated James going out of his way to help me. Thank You James!!
