Rude customer service, cashier (Aaron) and floor supervisor (Andrew). “Bought” an item that rang up free as it had gone past its clearance time and they wouldn’t let me leave with it. Instead they threw it away. Acting like it was coming out of their pocket. Going to contact the store manager and district supervisor.
Update: Months went by and never got a call back or follow up from a supervisor.

I've shopped at a million of these places, and it's always good. But this one has JUSTIN! He helped me find a charger for my drills, then (!) helped me find a few other things around the store. He could've left after the charger, but he was down to get my whole list found. He was extremely kind and one of the most helpful people I've ever had at Lowe's (or that other orange place). Seriously if his boss is reading this give the guy a raise or promotion. He deserves it!

They have better prices and more selection than hd on many items. The hot water heater I purchased today was $200 less than orange.

Advertising 5 day carpet install, takes 5 days to get measuring done and then given an install date that is another 20 days out. Don't advertise stuff you can't even remotely come close to delivering on. Wasted a week waiting and then had to change directions

Went to purchase some grilling acc & a plant for my wife, older lady working the self checkout on 9/7at 9:30am was trying to be helpful but didn't want to take I'm ok for answer so instead said with an attitude we'll it looks like your struggling.. I said you know what I am keep your merchandise & went across the street to Home Depot.. tried calling your customer service but no one answered so yea I'll stick to Home Depot...

I called the Midland Lowes to ask a few questions about a tankless water heater that I had purchased there. The guy I talked to was very rude. He quickly answered one of my questions and then hung up on me.
