We purchased some Polywood furniture from Maple Hill two years ago. There was an issue with two of the chairs this spring (unusual for Polywood). Chuck immediately contacted the Polywood rep. Replacement parts were sent right away. Maple Hill picked up the chairs, repaired them, and had them back on my patio within hours.... read full comment
