While the service was okay I am very upset that when I asked about weight loss being a symptom of my medication I was told it was a sign of cancer. Very upsetting to have someone tell you that without being a doctor or knowing your history.

While this pharmacy may be part of a big name grocery store, the pharmacy treats its customers like a hometown pharmacy would. Steve's customer service is phenomenal. Always willing to answer my questions and go the extra mile. Abbey is super helpful as well. Thanks Midland Meijer Pharmacy!

Friendly pharmacy, has always been helpful. 4 stars because they sometimes need an extra day to fill prescriptions and that's annoying, as well as... If there's more than 2-3 cars in the drive through just go inside. The drive through will take too long.

Drive thru was pretty busy, very long line but seemed to move along nicely. Would have been nice if drivers paid attention and move ahead so vehicles could get in line off the road, in stead of leaving a car space between cars.

We've been getting scripts filled at this pharmacy for 8+ years now. 3 years ago a new med was added and we have had no issues getting it filled each month. I went to pick it up last week and the receptionist informed me, "[name] wrote a note on this medication that we will no longer order it and cannot fill it anymore". This is very disappointing that they somehow just decide not to order a medication script that a customer/patient needs (and has been filling for a few years already)!
Also, a different medicine that I've been getting filled "is no longer available to order because we [Meijer Pharmacy] switched suppliers". Very disappointing. Poor customer service situation.

I just got off the phone with someone named Abby at Midland Meijer Pharmacy. She came across as very impatient and belittling. I'll take steps to move my services elsewhere from now on. I'm sure this will probably go nowhere but thought it was worth mentioning.

Pharmacy girl has a terrible attitude on the phone. You would think after nothing but negative reviews about her she wouldn’t have a job. She needs to lose the attitude.
