Pharmacy girl has a terrible attitude on the phone. You would think after nothing but negative reviews about her she wouldn’t have a job. She needs to lose the attitude.

Meijers pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Twice I have had to wait over a week to get my insulin a med I should never be out of they claimed it was the fault of my Dr's office however I don't believe that because I never had an issue with my other pharmacy getting my script filled, if they didn't understand a prescription they contacted my Dr and never had an issue getting an answer. On Thursday I called in a refill the automated system told me my Rx would be ready on Saturday after 2 if I needed it sooner push 2 then I was told it would be ready o Fruday after 12:00 PM. When I arrived I waited in line 40 minutes just to be told my Rx would not be ready until Saturday after 2. Or they could have it ready in 30 minutes. Why does it take so long? What is the point of using automated system when it can't get it right. Very frustrating ?

They definitely have no patience. When you ask questions they get snappy. They use to be the best… lacking customer service.

Today's experience was terrible. The young girl working at the pickup window was impolite. If they don't value their business, I'd be happy to offer a bit of assistance. I won't be using the pharmacy again.

I was waited on by a pharmacy tech in training @ the Midland Mi location. She was rude chomping on her gum, no eye contact. While I listened to her speak to other customers she never greeted them & talked at them as well. Was very indifferent not friendly. When I complained to the young blue eyed pharmacist he acted like I was being untruthful and he was not interested; didn’t even acknowledge what I was saying. He just stared at me saying nothing. I was standing in line a couple of months ago “same location”and when I got to the counter I was turned away because it was 702. I was a life long customer at CVS and had to leave because of an extremely rude pharm tech & the pharmacist @ the Midland Mi location. I guess I’ll try Rite Aide? It really is a shame that customers as myself are sick & have to deal with rude uncaring pharmacy employees. SHAME ON YOU.Just a thought because she is going to be dishonest…… why is a new employee being complained about at all? That should tell the powers that be all you need know about what they hired!

I've had numerous issues with this pharmacy over the years but I've put them aside due to the convenience of location for me. They never seem to have my insulin in stock and they don't seem to care even though, I literally cannot survive without insulin (Type 1 diabetic)..However, yesterday was my last straw. I had been without my depression medication for 4 days because of the pharmacy saying they weren't receiving the prescription refill. My doctor's office had sent it over numerous times, and at one point my app was telling me it was being refilled. Yesterday I called and was told it was being filled and would be ready in 30 min. I went to the pharmacy over 40 min later and the lady in the drive through told me that my doctor had sent over a different medication that wasn't covered by my insurance. I said, that is impossible and it must be an issue on your end. I explained that I was on day 4 of going cold turkey on a anxiety/depression med and it was not a safe situation. She preceded to LAUGH at me and tell me she would refill the medication they prescribed and I would pay full price for it. Like ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Completely unprofessional and unwilling to help.

Meijer pharmacist Steve, filled a prescription incorrectly for my husband. The directions were correct on the bottle as well as the first part of the medication name… which is similar to the actual medicationThey did not follow the prescription and instead mistakingly gave him a steroid which he has been taking for several weeks! This was missed by multiple people! This is completely unacceptable and we notified the pharmacy immediately upon finding this out. We spoke with the pharmacy manager Abby, who was extremely rude and refused to talk to us and instead directed us to corporate. To add an insult to the entire situation Meijer offered us $500 to compensate for the issue and refuse to budge on any of it… when we told them that that was not acceptable, they offered nothing else. They showed no compassion or remorse and at this point we are going to have to hire an attorney. This is completely unacceptable. I will never trust them with any of our medications again and we have pulled all of our prescriptions from the store.

I don't go there often but when I do they are all very nice and always helpful. Got my first covid shot at the Midland Meijer Pharmacy and the pharmacist was very nice and answered all my questions. Also got scheduled for my second shot for this month.

If you take psych meds DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They have always had trouble keeping my meds in stock, leading to gaps in my dosage. I was just told that my mood stabilizer wouldn't be in until NEXT MONDAY (OVER A WEEK GOING COLD TURKEY OFF A MOOD STABILIZER).

They tried saying my insurance expired two years ago when I've been on the same plan for nearly a decade and used medical services twice over the past week, then offered for me to come in and find a coupon to pay for my prescription without coverage. Left without the meds I needed. First and last time I use this pharmacy; not sure if it's incompetence, laziness or both. Do not recommend

Get our prescriptions wrong all the time and constantly blame the prescriber. I'm switching to a different pharmacy that will just do it right the first time.

They have done really well keeping my family in medicine. The staff actually answers the phone and they are polite and helpful.Always been good to me and I've never been made to feel rushed.They call our Dr's and work out details allowing me more free time in my life.Thank You Meijer Pharmacy team your all kind, educated and understanding people.
