Wonderful, young, new tech did a new install on a cold wet day. He was super careful coming in and out. Due to weather he was not able to put the receiver as high as he would like. They came back out in better weather and put it up higher. We have quick internet connection and everyone was customer focused, polite and concerned that we were up and running at peak performance. We are happy we made the switch.

First. They have great customer service. I actually feel bad about how nice they are and have to deal with poor service their company is providing. For the last 30 days I have had 2 techs, multiple reboots, “tower resets” and yet I have no internet. Every time I call I get a different answer as to what the problem is. I work from home so you can imagine, am beyond frustrated. As of now a tech is suppose to come again tomorrow. If they don’t I believe Mercury has to let me out of my contract and refund me for the services I paid for and didn’t receive. I am not sure how this company operates in urban areas but avoid if you live in rural area.. it’s like throwing away money and gets nothin in return but high blood pressure.

TJ was amazing. Friendly, charming and knowledgeable. He ran into a couple issues because our home is so very old but got it all figured out and up and running. Super impressed with customer service and the speed 9f 9ur new internet.

Your service is the best, I will miss you. You’ve been so helpful to me over the years. I’m glad to keep my email with you. Then I can still bug you once in a while. I had all of my neighbors switch to Mercury when we needed internet. Keep up the good work.

Got Mercury Broadband installed last week and enjoying the speeds so far without major interruption. Several miles out of town, we had only one other viable option for a lo g time and it was super frustrating. Now to have unlimited high speed internet again is so great. Andrew Koss installed at our house and did a great job. Clean install running lines and explaining everything clearly. Sales team replied to emails quickly as well. Hoping this service continues throughout our contract.

Very professional and helpful.They are very responsive on any type of need or question you may have.With the job that i have, it is easier to communicate through email versus calling, and they are just as fast as responding though email as it would be if you called the office.They come and install everything for you! Not just send you the supplies and have you set everything up yourself like my last provider did. They will even walk you through everything to make sure you understand everything completely before they leave.They really take their time to make sure their customers are happy.Prices are comparable, and will give you a bigger deal if you sign a longer contract. So for the customers that know that they aren't going anywhere, they get a nice break!

I just wanted to share with everyone the excellent experience I had with Dave (the owner of Mercury) and the fine people at customer service. Long story short, I ended up managing my owner’s account with Mercury for him. After providing the proper information to them, I basically had all the privileges to the account that the owner would have, besides things like money, i.e. credit card information and payment options, etc.
