Regarding service....Bought new tires, was told that tire rotations were free. So I went in for my free rotation, and they did in fact do the rotation for free.Less than 5 miles away from the dealer, I get an alarm indicating that one of the tire pressure sensors is malfunctioning. Go back to service and they look at it and tell me that the sensor needs to be replaced for $150. I point out that it worked fine before they touched it, but the service guy would not budge. Not even a "well, we cut the price." Nope, $150 for a tire rotation.So the slightly higher price for the tires was NOT offset by the "free tire rotations". Would not recommend using this dealer.

Midland Ford was super helpful with my Escape. The scheduler got me in on a Saturday when there wasn't really an opening. The manager in the repair department and the technician both made sure I was happy with the timely repair. Highly recommend.

This post is about Quick Lane, NOT Ford Service Center. Quick Lane has inflated prices, and the charges after service are often more than I am quoted even though the work is the same, nothing additional. The staff is not particularly personable and has little idea of what customer care and satisfaction means. I will take my future tire business to Discount Tire who has personnel who care sbout customer satisfaction and understand the definition of service.

Service Department is only part of Midland Ford I have utilized to date. The staff are always polite. The bays are always clean. My experience has been relatively quick service.

Mark Lawson in Sales, is awesome to work with. Very friendly, fun, and helpful! The sales manager Wes, and Casey in finance both worked with me, and did what was needed to make sure we had a deal that everyone agreed on. I will definitely be back for my next, when this lease is done.

Had appointment for oil change. Came early and got my car in immediately. Said I was due for tire rotation as well. Got all done within 1/2 hour. Efficient and friendly.

I booked an appointment online for a recall on my Ford Escape. Unfortunately something came up and immediately rescheduled the appointment again online. The day before my appointment I called because when I scheduled appointment it asked if I needed a rental, which I did, as I had work the next day. When I called and said I had an appointment tomorrow afternoon, the service representative abruptly stated, “No you don’t.” Without even me saying the name and time. I said the time and name and again he said “No, I do not have that on the schedule.” I told him I booked it online and then he rudely explained those online appointments don’t always come through on their schedule. Ok… I told him I have a confirmation email and again stated there was no appointment. Finally I said it’s for this recall do you have time to fit me in tomorrow at the time of my appointment. He said yeah…. Then I said I’ll be there and said just wondering if a rental car will be available for me as I requested a rental. He again rudely explained that this recall will only take 15-20 minutes. I said Oh great than won’t need the rental. He said not unless I want to pay to go around the block… just overall rude. Went the next day for my “appt” and got in and out. But still feel the recall was not fixed correctly as I am still experiencing the problem.

This dealership has a complete lack of integrity when it comes to the customer experience. Only have warranty work done at this dealership. If it's something you're paying out of pocket for: there are plenty of independent shops or other regional Ford Dealers who will serve you better.

Jan is a very knowledgable sales person. She went the, "extra mile", kept us informed, was very patient, understood our concerns and addressed them, all-in-all, it was a learning experience for all concerned.

Sad to say but not trustworthy salesman. Price I shook on was not the price I ended up paying with a very deceiving switch getting up charged 3,000$ “dealer fee”. Love my raptor. Can’t trust these guys. Buy ford from somewhere else.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The price I agreed upon with the salesman Derrick was increased by 3,000$ without me knowing when it came time to chatting with finance. No where in my breakdown does it justify why. It appears the dealer didn't want to give me the 3,000$ extra for my used truck so the price was just increased by 3,000$ to make up for it. I love my ford raptor but you're better off buying from a different, more trustworthy dealer. I can't trust these guys.

Mark L. Was the best saleman throughout the whole process of ordering to delivery. He was very knowledgeable and helpful at delivery. The dealership is very caring and knowledgeable with the Ford product. They were quick with paperwork and getting the sale completed. Everything was just as they said it would be. Everything on time and my truck was spotless when deliveried. This is a great dealership.
