About Midland Recyclers
Midland Recyclers is a nonprofit recycling center based in Midland, Michigan, serving the Great Lakes Bay Region as a do-it-yourself drop-off center. It is a wonderful and much needed service dedicated to improving the environment through reuse and recycling efforts, educational programs, and advocacy. It is a great, easy place for homeowners to recycle a wide array of materials, including hazmat and batteries. With the community's help, it diverts hundreds of tons of material from landfills. The facility can be very busy, sometimes with bins overflowing, and it has been found closed during normal hours on rare occasions. Experiences with staff vary, with some finding them helpful and others describing an unfriendly environment. Despite this, many continue to use this critical service for sustainability.

Google said they take florescent tubes/ bulbs but they don't. Also, staff wasn't overly welcoming on our visit.
